I don't know where to start it from. Such a Horrible and terrible service i received. I wanted to get some outfit and the girl was helping me left me in the fitting room..i asked her if i can get some more stuff and she never showed up. I was with my little baby and keep going myself back and forth. I was so mad at her how could you ignore your customers and it wasn't even that busy. I would rather shop online because of the service. She doesn't even know anything and not knowledgeable about the product and everything you asked her yeah i would look for it and then never show me anything. For some point i was waiting for her for like almost half an hour then i went outside the fitting room and left my kid inside the fitting room to get a shirt. When i came out, saw her at cash was helping another employee to fold the clothes which she shouldn't even there. Basically two of the employees were helping one customer which is rediciolious.

I am a long term VIP customer and over the years I have lost interest to even entering or spending time in the store due to the lack of poor management and unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Sadly the quality of the clothing has changed too. ?. Aritiza is no longer my first place to look when investing in my clothing.

I would rather shop online or in a different branch of Aritzia because customer service in Bayshore Aritzia is lacking recently. They don't even smile at you or greet you once you enter the store or when you're at the cash. I don't understand why some workers act like the customers are somehow beneath them or that they're untouchable.

i wish i had the option to give this 0 stars…. the service is disgusting omg. SO embarrassing for this brands appearance…. wowcant even go into aritzia anymore, the girl employees are awful, not to mention how annoying and rude they are.(there is also always low to no stock on anything.)Management needs to change something.

Staff here are on average bit better than the Rideau Centre location. I only go there and look for specific pieces I like. Aritzia should definitely consider providing mirrors in change rooms for privacy and be mindful of customers that aren’t as comfortable walking out in public trying out clothes. Especially awkward when getting out of change room and guys sitting around glancing. Just be thoughtful of your customers please.

I love Aritzia's clothes but the employees here are the ABSOLUTE WORST. They are only nice to you when you pick up expensive items, and when you leave empty handed or are returning an item forget it.The blonde skinny older lady who's always there (I think the manager) gives the WORST attitude and insists on making up "policies" that don't actually exist just to inconvenience you because you look a certain way or she just wants to be mean to you.I came in wanting to size down an item I had ordered online, and she insisted that it was going to be an additional shipping fee of $7 just to exchange it, and I could only have the fee waived if I decided to order an additional $70 worth of stuff. I had done many exchanges before that had never costed me money to get them to send a different size. I ended up finding something I liked and she reluctantly decided to waive the shipping cost of my exchange item.Fast forward to getting my exchanged item in the mail, and she decided to send me the biggest size they had when I clearly said I wanted a size DOWN. I called their corporate phone number and they confirmed that exchanges should never have a shipping fee. This was 100% done just to be passive aggressive towards me. Now I have to go back and deal with it and spend money/time because she decided to ruin my day.On top of this, I've just had a lot of sales girls be extremely pushy and make uncomfortable comments. I'm only treated well by staff when I have an expensive outfit on or pick up higher priced items. Please order online if you can, so you don't have to give these awful women your money in commission.

Horrible service. I truly feel bad and super embarrassed for the employees that work there. I was trying on things in the changing room as my cousin was sitting waiting, I left the change room to go grab something myself and the employees thought I had finished and looked into my changing room saying what the hell is this (lol mind u there was only two zip up hoodies and one sweat pant?) my cousin was sitting on the chair and witnessed it all. Super weird on the employees end… you work in a clothing store.. what did you expect? Not to mention I was doing the work for you grabbing sizes I wanted…And to talk about customers in front of other customers is super crazy these two girls were apart of the changing room staff. My cousin came to me and told me this and made me not want to return to the change room, not to mention I was going to buy all three and more?? truly embarrassing.

I Love the quality of their product, but, the uncomfortable athmosphere, it make me sick and It felt like, I am not welcome to shop in their. Bad rolling eyes of those young sales clerk. The costumer service are So Sucks!!!Thier fitting room, no privacy at all!!!!!

I typically avoid walking in this store as I don’t enjoy the negative energy set out by the staff. Yesterday I surprisingly stopped in and was served by Ymai. The best employee that has ever helped me. She was happy, encouraging, motivating and most importantly a true stylist. She went above and beyond and I can’t wait to have her as a personal shopper! Thanks Ymai!

this is probably my least favourite aritzia location in ottawa but it's the easiest to get to. The stock is usually okay, but the customer service is non-existent. Sometimes they're nice enough but I find they'll just ignore you until it's convenient. The girl when I went in was nice enough and let me exchange an item after the 14 days that sale items have, but overall the service here doesn't make for a great shopping experience.

to Aritzia, put locks on your change rooms the curtains don’t even close all the way, and also put mirrors in changing rooms so I don’t have to walk out and look in the mirror without my purse protected and guys sitting EVERYWHERE IN THE CHANGE ROOM!? First time shopping at aritzia and definitely the last I didn’t even buy anything. I am disgusted, you make women get out of the change rooms while men are everywhere. No protection at all to even lock a door. Curtains again don’t close all the way either and if I really needed protection a damn curtain won’t do anything.

The stock ok this store is - bad.I was willing to buy six things but none of them were available in my size. I couldn’t even find leggings over medium!90% of their stock is XXS-S. Which tells me that while they have larger sizes - they don’t want us wearing their clothes they’re not *really* for us.Message received Aritizia.

i never shop in person at aritzia because the customer service is usually 1/10, but everyone who works at bayshore is very nice. especially rohail who helped me with an exchange, such a sweetheart :)

I really like the clothing from the different lines Aritzia carries, but it's too bad that their customer service is astoundingly awful. I ordered a dress from this location to be sent to my house, since the size/colour wasn't available in-store. I get my package in the mail, only to find out they sent me a completely different item! When I tried to exchange it in-store, the girl working said she couldn't do anything because it wasn't the correct item! To add insult to injury, she insinuated that I was trying to defraud the company by bringing in a different item!I was told to reach out to customer support, who took almost a week to get back to me, and at that point, the item was already sold out. I have been a long time customer at Aritzia, and I am deeply disappointed in my experience here.
