I have been shopped at Aritzia forever. Today is the worst customer service I have ever had. Some of the staff are nice, but the one was helping me is terrible. She was always cutting off my speaking and got shoes's size wrong twice. Her attitude is whatever.... I don't think I will go back to this location.

The staff at the Rideau location are extremely rude and dismissive. I have been a loyal customer for many years and shop there quite frequently. However, the staff at this location are brutal. They are so unnecessarily useless and unprofessional. They are unhelpful if you are doing anything but purchasing an item. They don’t care about you until you have items in your hand as they are only looking for your commission. Do yourself a favour and shop online or at another location :)

If you like Aritzia, you should probably shop online. This location has a mediocre selection of clothes compared to the online catalog. Sweatfleece clothing (for which people don't have much interest) take way too much space in the store. It would be better if they left more room to a greater selection of products.

My experience at Aritzia was ok. The staff were helpful and gave me compliments when I looked good in one of their items. My one concern is the quality of their items. I paid $100 for a black tiered skirt and it got a hole in it a few days after purchasing it, same thing for a turtleneck I bought there.

Nicky is the employee who helped me today, she was so sweet and attentive to the style i was looking for. She gave great recommendations and overall amazing customer service. It made my experience much more enjoyable, thank you nicky!!!

This is actually ridiculous. I’ve been calling this location for over an hour and nobody is answering the phones. Hire better staff since you can’t attend to the bare minimum.

I called first thing when they opened in hopes to have an item put on hold for me as there is little to no stock left, I called and called an no answer at all. I find it awful to not answer the phone. Customer service needs to be improved. There are so many staff members there at all times for a phone not to be answered.

Where do I even start, this place is actually disgusting. I spent so much money here, and the staff are beyond ignorant. Not friendly. Not to mention I was followed like I was going to steal, I legit feel so insulted and humiliated, considering I make most of there salary in a day. Abnoxious is not even the word. I’m taking my buisness elsewhere, and I will be informing family that shop there about my recent experience, do better. Having unfriendly staff, and harrasment is not ok, especially to a big paying customer. I am 29 I have been shopping here since 15 years old. Extremely disappointing.

While trying on clothes at the store, I purchased two vests and a dress that I liked. Although there were staff members assisting, their service was insincere and unproactive, often requiring me to repeatedly ask questions. They seemed impatient with servicing, avoiding eye contact with customers to reduce their workload. When I mistakenly used the wrong credit card to pay, requiring a refund and re-payment, the cashier showed clear impatience. They were also lacking patience with my questions about discounts. Despite these issues, I really liked the clothes. When I got home, I realized that I had left my grey vest in the fitting room. The next day, when I contacted the store, they denied finding my vest, stating that all lost items would be handed over to the mall's lost and found. However, when I contacted the mall, they reported not receiving any items from the store. Returning to the store for answers was futile; the response was the same as over the phone. I seriously suspect that they might have discarded it carelessly, thinking it was not important, but it is still my personal item. I merely forgot it, which doesn't mean I intended to dispose of it. They had no right to handle it for me. This indifferent service attitude disappointed me. Competent sales consultants should sincerely and proactively resolve customer issues, rather than merely offering perfunctory greetings.

DES MIRROIRS DANS LES CABINES SVP!! Sérieusement, appart pour le jugement des autres ça vous sert à quoi? Vous penser gagner de largent en faisant ça mais c’est linverse! Une façon de pensée plus 2024 est à prévoir parce que je n’acheterai plus au aritzia temps et aussi longtemps que la diversité ne sera pas acceptée et que les filles puissent être à l’aise d’essayer en cabine!
