We required some assistance with parts for some outdoor lights and the team at Arevco was amazing - extremely knowledgeable & professional and incredibly responsive and diligent with follow ups. Our questions required input from someone familiar with the brand and Key and Courtney were both fantastic. We would not hesitate to return to them for al our lighting needs and look forward to making many more referrals.

Not happy with the visit all. Decided to go to here because of the reviews. Was told to bring my lamps in for a quote which I did. I was told that it would cost perhaps $100 or up to $300 per lamp to rewire. That wasn't the issue. As I was contemplating for a few seconds. The employee( owner) went over to deal with another customer. I stood there over 15mins when she looked over and said can I help you. Truly right when I walked in and said hello I felt as I wasn't given the proper customer service. I really hope this was a one time thing with this worker. Everyone deserves the same respect especially when respect is given.

I can attest to Gayle’s comments by my own initial experience today. During my phone inquiry asking about two lamp repairs, I was politely warned they have many repair projects lined up with a 2-3 wk return time. I took my chances, arrived in the aft and was incredibly surprised that when Faye (the technician) was consulted at the front desk, she came out, assessed them quickly, went back, returned within 5min (I kid you not!) and warned me that the broken base of one is going to have some life yet, but to handle with extreme care etc. When she said ‘that’s it’ I was done. She explained it was faster for her to address the issue on the spot than to find room in her workspace to add these. Wow!The helpful assistant found two finials I needed, pointed me to another business where I could buy suitable lamp shades and I spent just under $30. Talk about service - and more than fair and reasonable fees & purchase. I lived with my broken lamps for 4-5yrs.Call them to see how they can help you, I encourage you.

I brought a floor lamp in for repair. It had been 'out of commission' for 12 years. Within hours, I was called for an update on the repair. Within a day everything was fixed and the lamp reassembled, all for a very reasonable cost. My beautiful lamp lights up my life again. Excellent customer service.

We are absolutely thrilled with our stylish Holtkotter table lamp. It brought new life to a cozy reading nook that was previously abandoned after dark. Hera’s knowledge of Arevco’s products is brilliant & she skillfully guided me with her recommendation of the perfect colour for the glass shade.
