“I should have writen this review four years ago in 2018, however, writing it now. Recently I've again crossed path with Carolyn Cloutier (Property Manager at Rideau East Apartments).
I would like to express my deepest gratitute to her, the way she is client service oriented!
When I was new to Canada and didnt even have a credit history, not only have I signed a Lease with her, but she even went as far as replacing all of the applienes in my appartment by new once.
Also, whenever there was anything needed to be taken care of she was always available, providing excellent customer experience.

“The staff provided excellent support. The location being so close to Dows Lake makes it a perfect choice for those who like to run, jog, or cycle. Some of the units could be renovated to give them a more modern look, but no complaints regarding that.”
“I've been living here for approximately 7 months and thank God I have no complaints about it... I love my home and just as the people in charge make an effort to see their tenants well, it's the same way I make an effort to have my house is always clean every day and free of insects!... The building is clean, the management is always concerned about the well being of the tenants, this is spectacular... I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live!
