As a regular customer, I think your prepared food, especially rice, is not the same as before, and many times I bought lunch and your rice was not fresh. I think you mix the rice from the previous days with fresh rice, and every time I bought food, I regretted it and decided to stop buying food from Adonis

I’ve been a regular customer at Adonis for quite some time, and this is the first time I've encountered an issue like this. I purchased some lean meat today, and to my surprise, it was black on the inside and red on the outside. This indicates that the meat is spoiled, which is incredibly disappointing. I’ve always trusted Adonis for quality products, but this experience has really shaken that trust. I hope this is a one-off incident, but I wanted to bring it to your attention so it doesn’t happen to others.

I like coming here many times and as a person who came from Montreal would love to have Adonis in Ottawa but every time I get the meat smells really bad or the chicken. I also try seafood. It was amazing. The second time I got it. I got sick from it, because it was too old, the vegetable or fruits more expensive going there almost 6 months now.

Huge selection of Middle East groceries, Fresh fish and butchery in the premises. So many olive oil choices that get you dizzy..fresh vegetables, cheeses, dairy products....just great.
Even have a counter with hot Middle East meals, salads and desserts to go or to eat in the cafeteria area.
All and all, prices are right.

Amazing Supermarket!
I love it.
They have so much fresh fish and meat, you won’t find it anywhere else.
If you’re from Europe or the Middle East, you will find lots of products you would find at home.
It’s not the cheapest supermarket, though, but in my opinion, the best in Ottawa.

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with the cash manager, Rania. She was very rude and unprofessional. Her behavior made the entire visit uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

I'm consistently impressed with Adonis,The selection is always fresh and diverse, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well-organized and clean, making it a pleasure to shop there. The store is conveniently located and has ample parking. I've been shopping here for years and will continue to do so.

Love ❤️ this grocery store. Brilliant selection of fresh fruit and vegetables that are always displayed beautifully. Wonderful packages of falafel, hummus, garlic sauce, beet pickles and fresh pita that's as soft as a cloud! Excellent selection of meats and all at fantastic prices. Highly appreciated and recommend.
