Got a reasonable quote nice and quick from a guy here, which I can appreciate. A few years ago I bought an alternator for my old Sunfire which outlasted the car. I ended up selling that car to them when the frame rotted out (RIP), they towed it and I got a couple hundred, I think. Can't complain :)

I called A-16 looking to get a motor swap done on a 2014 Dodge Ram. Nabil Charged $9000 less than Dodge wanted and did an excellent job. Its been 4 years, the truck is still running strong with no issues.
I have since returned to this shop every time I needed work done on any vehicle and have always been extremely happy with the workmanship, price and level of service. If you need major repairs done on your vehicle and want them done right, by an honest business; call Nabil at A-16.

I recently purchased a mass airflow sensor from A16 and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not only was I charged an exorbitant $85 for the part, but when I attempted to use it, it was completely ineffective. When I tried to return it, the staff refused, leaving me stuck with a useless product and out $85. To add insult to injury, I later found the same part at another location for a mere $17. I urge anyone considering purchasing from this store to steer clear and save both their money and sanity.

if you're reading this save yourself the trouble and go to another mechanic and by another mechanic I mean a real one because this is a scrap yard. Said they could fix my truck, had it at their shop for 4 + months cost me and arm and a leg and still had issues with it. I had to come back 3 times with issues before I just decided to go with another mechanic. Was never told a quote and their invoices made no scene. Other mechanic said work was sloppy and questionable. Not one to write reviews especially bad ones but I total got ripped off so hopefully this saves you the same struggles I went through.

I've gotten 4 or 5 parts parts from this place now over the last couple years and always had a great experience. The guy that is always at the counter (presumably the owner) is super efficient and helpful.
