I came in today, someone had bought a pair of jeans as a gift. being of gnome/troll size I take a 34-28. They didn't have any but I must have had 4 different sales people come help me and search. I will grab them from another location. But I was super impressed here and will be back to buy my wife some jeans next week.
What was nice, I appear pretty blue collar. Just jeans and a shirt with a ball cap. My wife is the same yet they treated us like professionals.

“I was on the hunt for 100% cotton cargo pants and I managed to find them at this location. I called ahead and Jessica picked up. She was super friendly and she found what I was looking for so she placed them on hold behind the counter. When I arrived again she was so nice. She welcomed me by name with a smile on her face. “Sickest shopping experience ever. The staff help you pick out clothes that suit the style you're going for and treat you like family. Very cool people and unique pieces that make any outfit make you look like a rockstar. It can be pricy but very much worth the price tag as these are eye catching pieces. Also gave me a huge discount which was so nice. Will absolutely be back!”

“I was in the Melanie Lyne Oshawa Centre location this evening with all of the women in my family looking for clothing for an upcoming family event and even though we didn't find what we were looking for I just wanted to acknowledge the friendly service that we received from one of the customer service associates. I believe her name was Lana. I have anxiety and recently had a terrible experience at another store in the Oshawa Centre and it was really nice to have a friendly interaction and positive customer experience. I hope other stores in the OC will take note.”

“I visited the OC location on August 2nd, around 11:00 AM. Normally it’s hard to find some genuine help, but today was so great. I had Elina (I’m so sorry if that’s the incorrect spelling) help me with a tennis event I was going to, and I finally found the perfect outfit. She was patient, and somehow knew the exact style I was going for and the style that would suit me best. It was seamless and I couldn’t be more grateful. I really hope I see her again next time!”
“I took my daughter in for a specific item she saw online. It was in stock and easy to find. Store was uncluttered and well organized.
Checkout went smoothly, Lexi was our cashier. Unfortunately for the other young cashier two women decided to make it their mission of the night to yell, belittle and threaten her due to some sort of order error. As a cashier I'm sure it wasn't even an error she caused or could fix. Regardless she held it together and remained professional. No one gets paid enough to deal with that level of nonsense.”

“The parking is right infront of the doors which is a bonus, its relatively big, but the kids toy section is small.
Pet section aswell, Needs a new VM, to thoroughly organize and maintain the upstairs adequately for customers to walk through with strollers , wagons or even be wheel chair accessible.
Finding a sales associate here is NEARLY impossible. but once you find them they are happy to help you out and go on your marry way.
The clearance section downstairs can use some organizing and maintain the organization as everything is everywhere and makes you not even want to go and look around.”
“The family and I browsed for Christmas shopping. We ended up buying stuff for our selves lol. We bought a blanket, Christmas ornaments, two wallets, Christmas pj's sets. A good howl for a small trip. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Felt comfortable to look around which made us buy more. Good inventory of items and nice layout of store. “Best customer service I’ve received- didn’t catch the staff’s name but she was warm and chatty without being overbearing. Made me feel super comfortable perusing and asking questions :) I’m apprehensive of their leggings as I find they can get stretched out/saggy but their scarves, mitts, hats and blankets are super soft and warm, no issues with them. Prices do seem to fluctuate but they’re just using demand to their advantage- if you don’t want to pay it then come back a different day and test your luck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯”

They always have a greeter to greet you and tell you about the sales, they have good coverage to make sure everyone is being followed up on and they always are ready to help. They also have great product knowledge, and are very helpful. I love to contribute to their store’s sales instead of ordering online since they deserve the sales for their great customer service.”

“We had an issue with a pair of safety shoes. They were defective from the manufacturer, it had nothing to do with the store or anything. I called and spoke with Kenzie on the phone and she was a breath of fresh air. She was so happy and chipper that it made talking to her very easy!! She told me to come in with the shoes and she would help me out. I came into the store and met with Kenzie and she was even better in person. She helped me right away, knew exactly what the issue was and helped me solve it. I ended up with a new pair of shoes and I’m super happy!! The store manager was there as well, I didn’t get her name but she was very nice too. So if you need work shoes or anything work related, go see these ladies. They will take care of you and do it with a smile. I wish all retail establishments worked like this.
