They ALWAYS have my prescription ready when I walk in and they fax my Dr when running low. It's the most efficient pharmacy I've ever used.

The staff at this establishment are exemplary. They really go out of their way to ensure their clients are accommodated. They have been so helpful in the care they have provided for my elderly mum. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. I highly recommend them.

A little hick up in the beginning which I thought was going to get better however it just went down hill from that. Constant lies, delays and miscommunication amongst their staff. I will not be going back or referring anyone especially, people of colour to this pharmacy. Lack of professionalism is visible!

This pharmacy is good, it has a couple very kind staff members, many of whom are willing to go above and beyond to help you. It's also a very convenient location in central oshawa. I would recommend walters to anyone that needs a prescription filled, as long you dont have a job. Walters used to be open until 6 weekdays this gave those getting off at 5pm just enough time to run down there, and get their meds I rated them 5star at the time..; but then covid happened and for some reason someone decided that closing earlier would fight covid, instead it just made more clients come within a shorter window, often lining up in close proximity, or gathering around the door, and I was specifically told directly by the owner last Spring that the change was temporary. Now a year and a half later, they now permanently close at 5 with no plans to change ever. If the hours ever return to normal, i would ammend my rating to 5. To the staff that have gone above and beyond to help me, i give you personal 5 out of 5's. Especially the tall guy, and the young woman with light coloured, slightly curly, long hair. You deserve it, and although I give a 3 star review for hours, this doesn't apply to the workers. They also offer free delivery of certain (but not all) medications, which I didnt know until after I wrote this, that deserves an extra star. 4 stars.

I called them and now it won’t allow me to call it says something about there voice mail not set up and they got my prescription yesterday hailey or one of them lied saying they did not get anything and I called my doctors again they said they already have the prescription for my iron pills

My adult son needed a pcr test after testing positive from a rapid Covid test. I called and went on websites for 4 hours and was able to get one same day at Walters today. I called them first and they told me to book on line, it was very easy and they were extremely friendly and patience on the phone even though they are getting hundreds of calls a day regarding testing and boosters. Thanks you Walters Pharmacy.
