Aaron helped me out big time for Black Friday. He was patient and pleasant to talk to and informed me of the best deals available. Aaron was going above and beyond when they were closing the kiosk as the staff were anxious about going home (don't blame them after a day like that) but he was multitasking 2 in person customers and 1 on the phone ensuring everyone was able to secure the deals they needed. Very impressive, amazing job Aaron keep up the good work!

Trev at the kiosk in the OC was super helpful and made upgrading an existing phone and porting a line from Roger’s to new account with virgin really straight forward, simple and quick.

Was having a hard time with my account. Went to Oshawa town center to the kiosk in the mall. I was attended to a young gentleman by the name of Aaron. Not only was he helpful but I switched all my mobile and internet needs over to Bell. Aaron is very knowledgeable and I feel a great asset to your company. The service I received today was above and beyond. Thank you Aaron for all you did for me today.

At the Virgin centre at the Oshawa Centre. Had to have a SIM card put into a borrowed phone until we get the other one back. Michael was so helpful. That was so nice!

Wali is quite possibly the best person I could've came across at the Virgin kiosk. He is well educated and well mannered and helped me save an enormous amount of money by helping me switch to Virgin Plus. I would recommend everyone go see Wali for any of your needs regarding internet and cellphones.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a telecom provider. Wali helped me out so much with getting me a better value on my plan. I also got a new phone! All for cheaper than what I’m getting. He also helped me transfer over the data and fix some settings that I didn’t realize were messing with my phone usage. Thanks again Wali!

After selling my house in Windsor two months ago I decided to drive to Newfoundland for some adventure and possibly to relocate full time.
Unfortunately about a week after my arrival I was brutally attacked and robbed of $1800 in cash along my S24 Ultra and a brand new Switch OLED and a bag with $100 in new shirts etc.
I decided to come back home to Ontario after this traumatic event.
I needed a phone line quickly so decided to visit a Virgin kiosk in Village Mall in St.Johns before grabbing a flight home so I started a pay as you go plan with them. The lady there was very nice.
Fast forward two months ago to today, when I foolishly tried to put a pin on my Sim card, only to have it lock on me because I misunderstood the process. My phone would not work at all because of this.
I had no choice but to go to the Oshawa Center kiosk and seek help to get my PUK code which is required to unlock a blocked Sim card.
The employee was very dismissive from the get go and after she reluctantly asked for my number to look for my info and she said that nothing came up on her computer and that prepaid customers do not even have any info on their files. I dont even think she entered the right number. A male co-worker came back to the kiosk and also tried to say that my Sim is basically good for nothing now.
Of course, I knew this was utter nonsense so I used the malls WiFi and a calling app to call Virgin and was directed to a 'Pre paid consultant'.
She was a complete sweetheart, and after a few security questions she kindly gave me both PUK numbers assigned to my Sim card.
I unlocked my phone thanks to her reasonable and helpful manner. I cannot afford to pay another $60 at the moment for a new Sim card and plan and I wanted to keep my number, as well. I just 'topped up' my plan six days ago.
The workers at the Oshawa Center just wanted me to buy another Sim card and phone plan and didnt give a da*mn about my situation (as foolish as I was for messing up the Sim card, very dumb on my part). It was all about making a sale.
If it wasnt for the exceptional service I had received from the lady over the phone I never would have dealt with Virgin again.
Shame on them.

I had virgin internet for a year, everything was great until they wrongly billed me then had me sit on the phone for the first 30 minutes while the women cut me off multiple times saying the same thing over and over until I finally asked to speak to someone else, once speaking to someone else I spent another HOUR explaining until they finally refunded me. A month after the first incident they billed me full cost instead of the 10$… spent 25 minutes on the phone to just have another representative cut me off and try to blame the issue on me even though I tried to suspend my account with a TWO month warning. Would not recommend what so ever, unless you’d like to sit on multiple calls and get treated like you have no understanding of how billing works.
