clothes r super cute n good price, but the staff always have this attitude, not a single smile, the place is super un organized, went for an interview about a year ago mayhe less, and they lost my resume, references so all my information, was unprepared. manager seems pretty rude.

I have been trying to call urban planet for the last 40 minutes, in hopes they have something I lost. Unfortunately everytime I call it states the line is busy, there’s no way the phone is occupied for 40 minutes. If that is the case they need to get another phone line.

The manager at this location is such an obvious racist, there is a stark difference in how she interacts with customers. Awful that people have to still deal with this especially in a store with low prices. Please don’t internalize how she and the staff treat you, it is no one’s fault other than Urban Planet’s for her employment.

Cute little store, I love the clothing and accessories, but at the Oshawa Centre location I have never had a good experience. I love shopping here, but I am turned off by the behaviour of the staff- I had one good experience recently with an employee, and came in again today to make a purchase, thinking that things had changed, but it was someone different this time who served me at check out. Awful attitude the whole time during what should have been a basic and polite interactions. I was openly glared at. I have been shopping at this location on and off now for a couple years (when I can tolerate the rudeness of its employees) but I’ve gotten to a point where I am fed up. I don’t understand how literally every person, accept for a select few could possibly so rude every time I go in- I have legit had employees look at me and walk away before when I tried to ask a question. Do better.

The manager at the Oshawa Centre Urban Planet was incredibly rude and did not want to help. I was shocked when she said “it’s too busy to help you”. Too busy to help a paying customer, I’m so shocked by this comment from a Manager! Do better.

I had such a great experience shopping at urban planet in the Oshawa Centre. There is this really sweet girl named Jessica. She was so kind to me. Believe it or not we went to high-school together 5 years ago. As I went to check out, she immediately recognized me and greeted me. I felt so bad because I couldn’t remember her name at the moment. But I wanted to give her huge props for her incredible customer service. Thanks so much Jess.

I was looking for a new jacket and couldn’t find a size that suited me. A young woman named Victoria helped me find a jacket that was hidden in the top racks and it was perfect. She was very kind, patient and helpful. I am so grateful for her assistance. ??

it’s Very Sad to say this But this is my 4th time Coming from URBAN PLANET and Facing Racial Discrimination. The Employees at check out Made us feel discriminated several times. I don’t write Reviews that often but I wrote this to Let URBAN PLANET and people to Know that They are Racist. If you don’t believe me Go by yourself and you’ll experience the same.

Stepped to this store to get the jeans I like it, an Asian guy were so rude since the min I asked for his help to my right fit, by asking what's wrong with this size , why don't just take this etc etc unnecessary questions.. hope the management should properly train them how to treat and having conversations with the customers first..
