Had an amazing experience here today, my mum and I popped in because we saw Christmas trees in the windows. We purchased a beautiful ornament and extremely cute hedgehog statue. But the customer service here is soo inviting and welcoming. Pat especially was such a treat, she is so knowledgeable and kind. She asked us questions and told us all about the deals. Overall an 11/10 experience!

I really enjoy Urban Barn stores . Yes they have a great selection of furniture but I think they excel in their accessories , Which no one else seems to have. So different and unique items. I love it. Good store with helpful staff.

I drove all the way there today, only to find the doors locked (12:30) no sign on the door! Not again, I’ll go to Bragg’s for a lot better pricing and service!

The Manager was rude and your return Policy is difficult to navigate. As a senior who can use the internet, I feel badly for those that cannot. It is clear to me that seniors are not your Target Customer and you are failing here!
I will never shop at Urban Barn again.

Urban Barn Oshawa is a great place to find quality, fashionable furniture and accessories. A little on the expensive side, you do get what you pay for, right!I'm pleased with the friendly customer service offered at this Oshawa store by every staff member, and especially by the outstanding customer service and care provided by their staff member Zanara.Every visit to this store is always a good one, and even better when Zanara is there with a warm welcome, a real smile, professionalism, and product knowledge to make sure I get everything I was looking for, or to keep me up to date on their products, or to answer any of my many questions. Whether I buy a little, a lot, or nothing at all, Zanara's customer service and warmth is always true, remains the same and is outstanding! I'll keep shopping at Urban Barn Oshawa just for that kind of great service...Located in a Smart Centre mall, there is plenty of free parking and wheelchair accessible parking too.The store has wheelchair accessible entry, but is too tightly organized/displayed for comfortable wheelchair access throughout the store. Help will be needed to navigate around if using a wheelchair.
