After a nice walk through Oshawa Botanical gardens I picked up 23 beer cans by the ballpark path thankfully on a holiday weekend the Midtown mall Beer Store was open and I left with a smile and loose change.The little things matter ✌️

I was in their today not only did the employee Aaron roll her eyes at my husband for no reason as my husband was grabbing his order which I had already put through at front cash and he put back anyway , but she also was very cold not friendly at all . Why are you in customer service ? I won't be coming back here . Disgusting behavior.

This location is currently closed for construction, update your hours to reflect this, drove out here just to see the store is in complete disarray, they got a sign on there store saying reopening date is TBD, so no date in the short foreseeable future.

I feel cold when in here, and mostly because the employees aren't very warm. Although helpful, it would be nice to be greeted with smiles, and be treated as a valued customer, and not just "next". It's very tiny, and I often don't know whether I'm allowed to grab beer off the shelf or not, so I promptly wait for them to ask what I'd like. It's sometimes slow service, sometimes fast, smells strongly like a beer store should, and you see some real characters at this location. The menu choices should be way more visually available, rather than the product itself, or the dependence of personal customer research before choice, after all, not all people are connoisseurs of alcohol. I'd give it a 5 star if I didn't feel like I'm on a conveyor round about, being analyzed by people half my age.

Staff were friendly. A few people just hanging around outside. Doesn't make you feel too safe

This is one of the smaller beer stores. Went inside this place for the first time. The outside looks a bit sketchy, albeit depending on the time of the day, so I never wanted to go in. The interior is clean and tidy, the shelves are full. The staff are polite and helpful. There are plenty of parking spots around, there are lots of return bins and push carts outside and easily accessible. Visited at around 6:30pm on a Wednesday, there were a couple of patrons inside and a few were coming in, quiet a traffic in my opinion for a small place. I can only imagine how it could be on the weekend.

I have a friend that told me the large blonde female worker has an attitude problem and needs to be more respectful towards customers returning empties. Other than the service the location is great :)
