My mom and I went to TELUS a couple of days ago to get a new phone and were met with a man named Robert to assist us. Let me tell you something, Robert or Robbie, was the best associate at TELUS I have ever met, and possibly the best worker I have met in the service industry! He was so knowledgeable and helpful, making the task of getting a new phone, a breeze!
Robbie needs a raise.

My husband and I visited the Telus store located at the shopping center as we had just received our new Samsung phones. We sought assistance in transferring our data to our new devices. Mike, a knowledgeable and professional representative, approached us and guided us through the entire process. He engaged in a pleasant conversation with us, ensuring that we felt confident and well-informed throughout the data transfer. Mike's exceptional customer service skills are a valuable asset to the Telus team, and he demonstrates great potential for career advancement. I just want to take a moment to recognize Robbie, who was fantastic in helping me and my fiancé switch to Telus. Our old phone provider was giving us quite the hassle, and Robbie took the time to help us through all of our questions, even helping us navigate the other phone provider so that we could get cancelled from them. He went the extra mile for us both yesterday and today, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He made a very stressful process with our old provider more seamless, kept us laughing, and after a couple stressful days both days we left with a smile on our face after having him assist us. If you’re ever in the market for a new phone or switching providers, ask for Robbie and I’m sure he’ll make your day 10x better, as I know he did for us. Thanks again for your kindness, patience, and the laughs Robbie. Telus has earned some long time loyal customers today.

Telus I am so disappointed with your company. Them international work you have working for your company is really bad. You Telus need to do better.I disappointed with the Telus. Telus don't have management teams anymore. The workers can do anything they like now.

Jaden H was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, super patient and humble. We had a bad experience earlier in the day at a different location and Jaden made it that experience worth the wait at this location. Thanks for your help Jaden, we will be back the next go around with telus.

Jaden was amazing!!! A few months ago he helped the kids with upgrades, and I knew when it was time for me to upgrade I wanted him to help. He is super patient! It took about 2 hours, but so worth it!

I had an issue with a phone purchased online through koodo. I had been given the run around by many koodo employees spent hours trying to find a resolution. I was so frustrated I walked in to Telus as a last ditch effort. I was greeted by Robbie who was so amazing. He made the solution so simple, which took only minutes for him to solve. Thank you for your friendly, kind demeanor, and excellent customer service.

I am so beyond impress with the amazing service I received from Jaden H on Nov 7. I had travelled to Mexico for 10 day and my I phone broke while away. I was out of a phone for 8 days. On my return, I went to a Telus store and attempted to purchase a new phone and was unable to as they were getting an error message. They suggested I go to a different store. I drove to the Oshawa Centre location and was greeted by Jaden, he assisted me and explained all of the different data plans option as well as the protection plans available to me. He helped me with selecting accessories and even assisted with the data transfer from my old phone. Jaden contacted their IT department to assist with the error message and was able to resolve it. Jaden truly went above and beyond to assist me and I am extremely grateful for his assistance. I am recommending that he be officially recognized by his manager and Telus Canada. Jaden knowledgeable and a true professional, Telus is lucky to have him! This has strengthened my loyalty to Telus
