I guess the price is ok, but as for being on the ball I don't agree at all I had some things outside my unit that I was not planning to store but to take with me stuff that was very expensive and when I took my eyes off of it for just a few mins they disappeared and when I asked staff about it not one of them seemed to know what had happened to it. I am not convinced that one of them took my things and are not willing to fess up as they have decided to keep it.

We had rented space for 3 years and had a lovely experience with the office staff. But the owner himself is extremely rude, hostile and clearly has no proper communication with those in the office.

Very clean and well managed. The lady in the office is extremely friendly and professional and helpful. Security is excellent as well.

I get a locker go to move in the shortest way and the door was blocked by guys doing roof wasnt happy.clean,,affordable and not a great distance to highway 401

This storage unit is great for storing stuff you can't physically carry or an extra spot for all of the things you've run out of space for if you have an abundance of items and consider yourself a "rescuer of things". I don't judge. Storing my stuff here for a couple months and I haven't had a problem. Mostly I think it's because I don't really actually go there. But the office lady was nice and spoke loud and clear through the plastic that was erected in between us. The cost was average and my unit could probably hold a lot of knick knacks and patty wacks. I give two average sized thumbs up (because I don't need to exaggerate my thumbs size) and attempted a big toe thumbs up (but it was hard and I decided to just stick with the thumbs)
