Steve is the man, I went in with an exhaust leak looking for a temporary fix until I am able to get a full new exhaust system, and he was able to patch it up right away and for a good price

I had a terrible experience, and the person was very rude to me. Didn't even want to know what problem was with my car. People like this are what make everyone look bad, too. I can state for a fact that he hated my colour. I don't want to say it, but he is a racist.

I was impressed by the professionalism in his work. While other mechanics claimed it would take three hours of inspection, he identified the problem in just three minutes and fixed it in ten. I highly and strongly recommend him??

Very rude and disrespectful, I was treated so badly a minute I got there, I didn’t know where to park and the man was just yelling at me, he told me to park to a spot that’s taken already, and it’s a small place you barely find a place to park, but I don’t know if he wanted to just brush me off, I’m a black man in my late 20s maybe it’s a race thing who knows but I don’t recommend any blacks person who even anyone who value customer service and respect to go there because definitely a bad experience for me, he was so rude I didn’t bother and I just left..

These guys are hacks! Dropped off my BMW F30 which needed a new thermostat. A job that should’ve taken 1 day ended up taking 2 weeks because they didn’t know how to bleed the electric water pump.When I went to see what was up, I noticed they used a cheap Dorman thermostat instead of an OEM Mahle thermostat. They also destroyed the water pump and overfilled the coolant.After confronting him about it, the guy started shouting and cursing! I ended up cutting my loses and having it towed to another garage at that very moment.The other garage replaced the thermostat and the water pump with OEM parts within 1 day and has been running fine for 3+ years now.

5 star service at Steve's Auto repair. My last mechanic retired and I needed to find a good mechanic to work on my vehicles. I found Steve by chance and have no regrets taking my truck to him.They fixed all that was wrong with my truck, got it in quickly and they were honest which is hard to find and for a cheaper than expected cost.I will definitely be going back to steves auto repair.Thanks Steve and merry Christmas!

I took my GMC Terrain in because it was stalling at lights and anytime it was idling. They told me it needed a tune up, spark plugs etc and a coil was replaced. It cost me $565.00. I took it home and the next day , it sat for a night and would not start the next morning- the battery was dead. "I called Steve's auto back, they said its not our fault, you drove it out of here and it was fine". So I had to call CAA to boost it. The CAA rep said the battery cover was off and he drilled it back on properly. Something drained the battery and it was not my fault. And, not surprisingly- the car is still stalling at lights. The car is running the exact same or worse than when I took it in. Once they properly fix what I paid for I will NEVER go back.
