Disappointed with Sizing and Customer ServiceI recently purchased a pair of winter boots from SoftMoc's Oshawa Mall store, and unfortunately, I've encountered significant issues. The left boot is noticeably smaller than the right one, causing discomfort and making them unwearable.When I brought this to the attention of the store manager, I was told that this size difference is how the boots come from the manufacturer. Additionally, I was informed that they couldn't assist with an exchange or return because I had already worn them outside. However, it's important to note that the boots were not in a box when purchased, as they were on the shelf for customers to try. Consequently, they were not in pristine condition when I bought them, and others might have tried them on before me. Although I didn't take them with tags, I still have the original box.My disappointment lies not only in the sizing issue but also in the lack of customer service. Spending almost a hundred dollars on footwear that causes daily discomfort is disheartening. I expected better from SoftMoc.I hope this feedback helps both the company and potential customers.

Went into Soft Moc to purchase a pair of Sketchers easy slip on & off shoes for upcoming trip. Both staff members were friendly, courteous and helpful. Would definitely shop here again.

Absolute worst customer service. The bald guy manager is a complete joke. I had to go in 4 times for 1 pair of shoes before finally getting my money back for their mistake. I got a pair of Uggs that was a size 7 and 10. Their fault right? But because they didn’t have another 10 they suggested to my young daughter to leave her contact info because someone else will be back with the same issue and then they can meet up and exchange the sizes if we still wanted the shoes. Hello whattt? Not safe and not professional to suggest to a young girl. Horrible solution. This is not Kijiji. So she left because she knew I wanted those shoes and she didn’t want me to not get my Christmas gift and hoped my size would be restocked soon.So my husband goes in a week later but still no 10 in stock to exchange and they won’t do a refund because it wasn’t the card used. Things got heated and long story short we left again with a 7 and 10. As we are leaving one of the female workers yells happy new year sir! That’s really antagonistic! Like come onnnnn. They love to escalate situations apparently.Then my daughter goes back a few days later when she got back to town with the card for the account used but forgot her card was compromised so the number didn’t match. At least this manager had some sense in her head to realize it was their fault and just refund the money finally. Will never shop there again. I buy alot shoes at soft moc but never againMy daughter still tried to buy a pair of shoes after and asked for a size but the worker said she’s just too busy to get her the size. So she says do you want me to come back another time? lol and she really said yup byeeee

Exceptional customer service, time management skills and a positive winning attitude is what impressed me with Michelle at the Soft moc Oshawa center location. With black Friday being a busy time, I can understand anyone's frustration and tiredness but not with Michelle. She assisted customers on the floor skillfully paying close attention to size and style request. I stood back observing Michelle assist my husband and many others along the way of getting his shoes from the back. It was done with perfection! Please keep up your excellent customer service!

The store manager is extremely rude. I purchased a pair of sketchers that were extremely uncomfortable. I wore them for less than an hour and put them back in the box. I went to return them less than 24 hours late. The manager refused to return or exchange even though there was zero wear. I won't go to this location ever again

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!I was standing behind a customer being served. When that transaction was complete, the sales person behind the counter said, I’ll be back. Left me standing there for a good five minutes. When she finally came back, there was no apology. I had called a few hours prior, I wanted to go in and try on a different size of Birkenstocks to exchange some mail order ones I received just yesterday. I wore them around the house for a few hours, but she refused to let me exchange because she said they were worn. Online customer service through chat was less than helpful, this particular location is horrible. Not the first time, but it will be the last.

I usually go here for all my shoe buying needs! I never require much assistance and am quite patient so I don’t mind it takes them some time to look for things, it’s always very busy so the shortness of the staff can be understood. Today I tried to return some shoes because I had emailed converse about some thread pulling after owning the shoes for less then 2 weeks. They apologized for their material/workmanship flaw and instructed me to return the shoes to the original store of purchase- regardless the fact they had been worn a handful of times. I brought them into softmoc and the guy was so rude!! Got so upset pretty much insisting I must run marathons in these shoes(I work a lot and they are just one pair of 3 that I wear on a regular basis and I don’t even wear them to work) he would not stop raising his voice and causing a scene. I will not return here while he works there and honestly you guys should fire that guy. I don’t know why you let him represent your store.5 star for shoe selection and prices. Zero stars for customer service.

I went here to exchange something I received for mother's day and someone approached me to assist me (I had my very small baby with me but I do not have a stroller), I accepted his help, then before he could take me to the section I wanted to go, he diverted to assist 2 other females and left me standing with no explanation or apology. I walked out after he returned with their (2 females) goods from the rare of the store. I'll never visit this branch ? again, anytime soon.

You will find the most comfortable shoes to wear when you visit this place. Good selections of running shoes, Skecher brand (very comfortable), Adidas, Lacoste, Keds, and many others.Kids' shoes are available, too.Prices are pretty good.
