Best place to buy your loto tickets, Smokes.Very friendly service and the staff is very helpful.Large parking lot with other stores in the strip plaza I frequently use.

3rd time in a row I have been to this store and asked for a lottery ticket with no encore. Owner hands me a ticket, I did not hear the machine print. I walk out to my car, sure enough he charged me for encore again.
