Went in last night in a hurry to find an XL twin bed sheet after not having luck elsewhere. The woman working showed me and my dad many options and was not rude or judgemental when I asked about cheaper options and showed me them. I left happy and with a very comfortable bed sheet!

Was not very impressed with their customer service. First the woman who greeted us, her perfume was so strong that it gives an instant headache. Instead of communicating with us they took our receipt and aggressively showed their frustration. Left us alone without even offering to look at different options. Just overall an odd situation and lack of customer service. Will not be coming back to buy a mattress.

Mark is way too pushy. I came in just to browse and he was almost shouting at me trying to sell pillows.. I understand he may be passionate, or pushing for commission? But it made me leave and not want to return just because he was there and I didn’t want to deal with that again.

Spiky grey hair guy is very rude. It feels like he's talking down to you. Like bro you work at a sleep country and you're at least 40 chill? Instantly didn't want to buy anything the second he spoke to me. We were just looking, but they don't know what that means here.

I've been here twice now and had a great experience both times. Today, specifically, I had a wonderful experience with Valentina who went above and beyond for me. She genuinely made my whole day and helped me out so much. She was more than just a sales associate, she treated me like a human being and I appreciated that so much.

It was a breeze making a new mattress purchase here. Scott's listened to what I was looking for offered a few suggestions and made the sale happen in no time. Mattress was delivered to my door yesterday by 2 very courteous fellas. I slept like a baby last night. Thanks Scott and Sleep Country.

I the most amazing time being at sleep country on Taunton road. A lovely gentleman I believe his name is Mike. Helped me so much. 5 years ago I was hit by a car and have chronic concussion syndrome and chronic whiplash. He tried about 12 different pillows with me. And we got one and since then I haven't woken up with any neck pain since getting it. He was so patient and trusting and I si.ply can't thank him enough. I feel I have a lot of my life back. Thank you so much

Had a great experience with one of your sales representative at sleep country at 750 Taunton road in Oshawa. The salesmans name was Mike. He was understanding to my needs and listened to my concerns about the mattress I had bought. He not only was able to find me the right mattress but he did it so quickly and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my new purchase. He even followed up with a courtesy call. It’s hard in todays fast paced world to get great customer care, I will definitely recommend sleep country and Mike!
