Great experience from start to Finish - Masood and team provided options , came out twice to ensure measurements and price.
What was promised was delivered.
Installers were punctual , polite and left install clean.

The quartz that we chose was no longer in stock, so with only seeing a pic of another one, we agreed. As it turned out, we loved the new countertop more than the one we originally chose. They certainly knew what they were doing regarding installation. Expertly done. I highly recommend!

It started out great. Just before covid hit. The counter top is in two pieces, I had rather one piece so we didn’t have to have a join but was advised it has to be two pieces, so after it was installed couple days later I noticed the join was coming apart, I called they came, fixed it, they have come back 4 times to fix the same issue. Then the sink fell through the structure. Covid hit. This was all in about 6 -7 months install. So they couldn’t come because we are all on lockdown ok I understand that and was told after covid rules lift he will come fix it. Well that didn’t happen. He refused to come back. I kept all my texts back and forth, he told the repair guys to fix it one way they did it another way and here I am with a broken counter and sink held up by wooden sticks. Not a very happy customer. I have tried to reach out and the only response I got was it’s been to long now so they won’t come and fix it. So off to a new company to

Masood was very polite and professional. He showed me the products they had and helped me to select the best option for my budget. He installation team are also super nice and cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend Masood's business to my friends.

Places tacky signs on public lands in neighborhoods until they become ground trash. They don't check on them or pick them up. I am now going around taking them all out of the ground and returning their litter to the garbage

It was a pleasure dealing with Masood and Sheena at the showroom. They gave us some great advise and helped us choose the perfect countertop and backsplash. The turn around time for choosing the countertop, having measurements done and counter installation was very fast! Dara and Meng did a fabulous job installing the countertop. In my experience these folks have always been great to work with. The facility is about an hour away from where we live, however they consistently seem to have the best pricing. We have used them for a few projects now - and recommended them to a few friends in the area. very professional and great product, and great communication & follow up.

We just moved into a new place and wanted to replace the old countertop with stone. SlabX was recommended to us and did the job very professionally. We opted for just a countertop replacement instead of entire kitchen.
They do not dispose of the old one or hook back up the faucet but they do inform you of such upon signing the contract. You will have to pay extra and get those taken care of yourself.
