Ask him to look at the machine we bought for 100$ ,requested to let us know the cost before u fix and ,after calling back on the next day to ask was told its been fixed and 180$ are to be paid . They way he conduct business is wrong.beaware take ur business somewhere els

Very rude grumpy old man. Went in there with some questions about my rolled hem foot. Told me it was not a rolled hem foot when in fact it was.... said I'd come back when I was sure it was what I needed and he just said "Yeah okay, Whatever" as I walked out.

Mike really helped me out with my machine. It was still under warranty but Singer was being a pain about it and he had to do a lot of back and forth with them for me to finally get my machine back. I really appreciated it!

We bought a Singer sewing machine from this location, it has worked flawlessly; My wife uses it regularly and couldn't be happier with it; I recall the gent who took care of us as very friendly and helpful, in my opinion it's a great local business to have in the Oshawa area.

The owner is the most obnoxious, angry and rude man I have EVER met. Do not go to this store. If you do, and are not happy with your purchase or the service, be warned that you will be subjected to his violent outbursts....you either agree with him or you are attacked. Simple as that.

Went in for sewing thread of a old Sears machine. Yelled at for asking for thread of a no longer supported machine. Worst customer service ever. Save you money and your dignity. Shop elsewhere
