I went 3 months ago to this gas station couple times.They said they only accept cash. I had to go to ATM to withdraw cash and paid. Then I never wanted to go there. It is time consuming. Today I thought May be it's been a while they might have accepting credit card/debit card. Unfortunately I went today they still taking only cash and their ATM is not working too. I had to go to another gas station.I can't understand how come this location only have problems. Years ago I used to go to this location and I never had any issues.

Received notification I used my airmiles at this station to put $20.00 then $60.00 of gas into my car using V power gas! First I do not use V - power gas especially at the prices now. Secondly, I may have been at this gas station a few days prior. I used my air miles card. A couple of days later my airlines points were used for gas. First $20 then the $60. I have not lost my air miles card. I question how this occurred???

Stopped here cause I needed gas, had no issues not the cheapest gas price but not the dearest, I did get air miles when I use Shell gas. Lots of pumps.

I came to this store to purchase my lotto for them and I asked for my receipt from lotto machine THE OWNER told me he cannot give me my receipt as it for internal use ONLY .....he attempted to justify himself why I couldn't get the lotto machine receipt and I believe his was not well educated on it as for the last 10+yrs I have be getting my receipt incase i win and get to retire sooner...lol....but nevertheless as I'm walking out the store he ripped the receipts .....I dont believe this franchise owner knows what his doing and this will be my last visit .....even if I run out of gas I rather push the truck home then stop there...I lost my confidence in them!....p.s. the only option was 1 star...cheers

Awful Service. DO NOT BOTHER WITH 1350 TAUNTON RD E SHELL. Completely. Sideen or Sitheen has zero service skills. Around 10 PM I placed a $26.01 uber order. By 10:40 he was cutting me off every second to tell me what they didn't have. As I only was to get $2 water and $4.99 cheetos. I advised him I am vegetarian. Long story short? I ended up going to the store after 12:40 when the 2 items were delivered. 2 HOURS LATER FOR 2 ITEMS TOTALLING 6.99 OF 26.01. Sideen declined to give a refund, offer replacements beyond meat, candies and ice cream...even as I went to the store and returned the 2 water and cheetos. A thief is a thief. Bad service and fraudulent practice is just that.
