July 10th I was double charged for $40.01 worth of gas, today July 16th when I notice this issue I come to resolve it to which I'm met with a woman who claims she is new and has already informed a man ahead of me in line that she can't sell gift cards, is now telling me she can't issue or deal with refunds. She then knocks on the door to the back office and a man comes out claiming that the store is under new management as of July 12th. He gives me a number to Shell corporate which is not open until Monday. They seem under the impression the money is being refunded directly from their pocket and despite my vehicle not even being able to hold $80.02 worth of gas at a time the current 'manager' is apparently unable to refund the money I was over charged.I don't think anyone at this location knows how to do their job.

Just went into the store to check and buy lotto tickets, grab some snacks and drinks and the woman said she was training and wasn't "doing that" right now. Come back later.I wont come back at all now.If your training, wouldn't rule number one be to take care of paying customers?

Absolutely horrendous interaction with a delusional employee this morning. After paying at the pump, pumping my gas, and driving away.. I had an employee run out of the store and stop my car claiming I did not pay for my gas. After causing a scene, I turned my car off to show her my bank account where it shows today's date with the withdrawal from Shell. She claimed that I came into the store to prepay that amount but then proceeded to pump more (which I didn't even think was possible any longer???). She tried getting other customers in the store on her side and to agree with her. I asked to go check her cameras and she agreed so that she could "prove I didn't pay". After spending some time reviewing the footage, and the store getting busier and busier with some customers asking if anyone is even working, she finally came back with a different attitude but still said to me "I saw you were at pump #3, no?". To which I told her again NO. She said she saw me at pump #3 but "sorry about that". I told her she needs to get her information correct before she comes running out of the store screaming at customers and accusing them of not paying because she was WRONG.This incident not only made me late for work but completely ruined my whole day. Shell needs to give their employees better customer service training and apparently teach them how to speak to customers. Never typically use Shell but sure as hell will not be now.

I have been going there before work for years. Now all the sudden they won't let you in the store, they want you to stand outside and tell them what you need while waiting in a line up.. nobody from my work will go there anymore and I don't think I will myself.

The man who works at this location in the morning is a true gentleman. I had a hard time finding a working tire pump (most of Oshawas gas stations don't have a working tire pump), and the one at this Shell wasn't quite working, but the employee here went out of his way to get it working and help me out.Thank you!

Best price always in the area. Very professional and experienced staff. Location is busy but i never waited in line they operate very quickly.
