Never buy anything from here. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I bought a pair of shoes for $90 and the straps are completely different sizes, I said I wanted further discount or my money back because I will now have to repair the shoes, was told managers would call me and nothing. Worst store ever. Couldn’t be more disappointed, finally spoke to a manager who spoke with owner and because I already wrote a bad review I was told he won’t do anything for me. I wrote the truth about this horrible establishment and because the owner didn’t like it he refuses to fix the situation and his manager hung up on me. Disgusting.

Do not buy shoes from these stores. Wore the shies 2 times and they broke. They do not accept return even though it has been only 3 weeks since the purchase date. Take your business somewhere else.

Beautiful shoes, I bought my wedding shoes there, had to try on way too may pairs to find the right ones but the woman was very helpful.

Bought a pair of $80 (regular $139 if I recall correctly) boots here two weeks ago and the bottom has already broke off. No refunds or returns. Poor quality shoes and service.

Beware of the fact everything is FINAL SALE. Bought dressy shoes for my son to wear on occasion. He got to wear them maybe 4 times for maybe a half an hour each time and they’ve already broke. Such a disappointment.

I love this store! Get my boots from here every year, they have a large variety of options for every occasion in my opinion. Very friendly staff as well! Always a good shopping experience.

Horrible, arrogant store manager name Revan. They don’t have refund policy and on the top of that they don’t have sizes. Never ever go to this local shop. They are in the business of ripping money ? from customers. I would have given them negative rating… horrible experience. Lost 220 $ at this store.

Wow I absolutely love this store!!! They have such beautiful stuff. This is probably the only store in the Oshawa center who has so many selections! Amazing customer service too ?

I’m absolutely livid. I bought my daughter a pair of shoes for a upcoming wedding that we are apart of, and happily found a pair that was on sale for $19.99 at this store location. I joked with the sales clerk about only buying shoes on sale. Astonishingly to my surprise, I checked my bank statement and the shoes that I purchased for $19.99 were charged to my account for $79.99. I didn’t take the receipt because I was told it was final sale, not realizing that I was up charged by $60! I used tap, I had no idea. I’m a single income family of 5, and have another two more shoes to buy. I can’t affford $80 shoes. I am disgusted with how this happened.

Horrible Customer Service!!!My wife went in to buy a pair of shoes to match a dress. She found a pair but wasn't sure if they would match. She asked the clerk if they didn't match could she get her money back. The clerk replied saying yes, as long as she returned them within 14 days. We returned in 7 days and the clerk, the manager and the owner, Sam, said she could only get a store credit. In fact the owner basically accused us of lying. He said his clerk knew better than to say we would get a refund. But he also said the clerk would never give out his cell number. By the way the clerk gave me the owners cell number. We will never go back there and we'll tell all of our friends to never go back there. Treat people the way you want to be treated!!!!!

March 26, 2022. My fault I did not ask for the sales person's name but she was lovely and so helpful. Best service from any store I've been to in quite a while. Extremely pleasant and not pushy at all. Thank you for your help.

Honestly, an underrated store! I found some amazing shoes today, that I got at an amazing deal! The ladies working were super helpful, got the sizes I needed to try on, and provided any additional support in asking if everything was going well.Highly recommend checking this place out!They had lots of brand named shoes for a great price!

I went into this store, at the Oshawa Centre, for first time to buy winter boots.I was greeted with a very friendly hello. The lady was very helpful.They have an awesone selection to choose from.I ended up with 2 very nice pairs of boots, one long pair and one short pair, for the price of one pair at the other shoe stores that I browsed in. They had a great sale on.All in all... this is a store I would shop in again... as long as the product holds up well over the winter.One thing that was a little strange though... everything was final sale!?!? That makes me a little weary...But we shall see!!!
