Rob is a great help. I've been coming here for 2 years. He doesn't overcharge you like the other shops in the area. I moved further north now, but i still come here for all my vehicle needs ? he always guarantees his work and as everyone knows in this business your word is your worth

Rob at R.W Automotive is a beyond amazing mechanic. He is a one man army that is dedicated to great service and thorough workmanship. I have never left feeling confused as he always explains every problem and diagnosis and I am confident and comfortable knowing where my money is going. I recommend Rob for all your vehicle needs. Paid Rob of RW Automotive $600 on September 3, 2021for rear wheel well body repair on my '04 Sebring convertible. Said he will use metal but used body fill and looks like used paint from a spray can. Has not returned my calls or responded to texts. I'm embarrassed to drive the car the way it looks now. I am a senior and wife and I got this car for a bit of summer fun Totally ripped off by this guy and it's going to cost more to get it looking good again

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My experience with Rob has been nothing less than baffling to say the least. It started last Friday, June 18th/21. I had a scheduled appointment for 1230 to bring my car in to be looked at and diagnosed. At 11 am I received a text saying he would have to reschedule for the same time on Saturday. Not a problem. Saturday I get a text at 12pm saying that he is running behind and will let me know when to bring the car by. No problem. At 3pm he says to meet him there as he is on his way into the shop now. No problem. He proceeds to look at my car just in the parking lot. Tops my coolant for me, has a look around and 30 minutes later, charged me $90 for this quick look. I was a little confused but I need my car fixed so accepted it and paid the 90$ and set up have my car fixed on Wednesday June 23rd/21 at 1 pm. Wednesday at 1 pm rolls around, I am sitting outside his shop, which is closed and he is not answering his phone. 20 minutes later I receive a text saying that he is not feeling well and will let me know when to bring my car in. So I go home and 20 minutes after arriving at home I get another text saying “on my way, be there in 30 minutes or less”. So I wait. And wait. And over an hour later I send a text asking “what is the name of the part that I need? I am too busy to keep playing these waiting games as I have several assignments due for school in just 3 days and am going to take my car to somewhere we’re it can be fixed promptly. I understand he is not feeling well but I need my car fixed now”. Rob refuses to tell me what the name of the part is. Also stating that I am at fault in this situation because I left things until the last minute.This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business point blank period. I give this guy 90$ to pop my flipping hood and he won’t even tell me the name of the bloody part I need.I would strongly recommend that no one goes to this guy. He is highly unprofessional and untrustworthy.All he had to do was tell me the name of the part that I needed and all of this could have been avoided and I might have even brought my car to him again in the future should I need it. I wasn’t mad or anything towards him until he started blaming me and refusing to tell me the name of the part. But after this, not only am I steering clear of Rob, but I am advising everyone else to as well.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Live next door to this guy for over 2 years and brought to my friends do his business not only as he busy working on old school muscle cars but you'll make time to change your oil no matter what the customer brings I've never seen this guy turn a car or customer away
