My brother has dementia and they put his billing online with out even asking he has no idea how to use the internet and now he owes them $1000 and they cancelled his paper billing with out any notice.this is rediculace he is a senior with dementia plus they cancelled some of his services

One of the worst Rogers Store , at any given time only 2 people work and are very very RUDE , Not a friendly walkin , "Press Button , Look up to the camera and you will be escorted in based on your issue " LOL this seems more of an Embassy than a Rogers customer store , its better to close this store . Just because of a staff who declined service outright , i switched to Bell.

Very terrible place. It was raining heavily outside and told me to wait in the rain when there were less than 10 persons inside.

Poor service. Most of the times the employees are out of the store with a notice that says that they will be back in 10 or 20 mins. I kept waiting but no one came. Came back the next day and the employee couldn’t help me for any questions I had. Useless store.

Really poor service. They make you wait outside in the cold because you need to scan a QR code and book an appointment and be part of the virtual queue. Not sure if this is a security thing, but this experience of waiting outside the store in the cold and receiving really poor customer service when I was in the store, prompted me to switch to another provider as soon as I got out. Avoid this store, not all Rogers stores are this bad.

Closed at 6:30 “because we don’t have enough staff” when they’re posted as being open until 8pm. Didn’t bother asking what we needed help with. Gave a half hearted apology. We will be shopping online now.

I am so pleased with the customer service I received today by Nathan at this store. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and kind while I was setting up a new phone plan for my Grandpa. Nathan answered all our questions and set it all up in a timely manner. We also spoke with the manager, Sheldon, who was also very helpful. Thanks for the great customer service and we will come back to this store if we need to in the future!

I would have given the place less stars if the guy who helped me wasn't the only redeeming quality of this store...they act like it's a prison, you have to walk up and ring a bell at the locked door then stare at a camera for some reason they've made up...that all comes after you stand outside for an undetermined amount of time which not everyone could do, so they would leave as there's no bench, chairs or anything to sit on while you wait for 3 people to help 2...who may not even be buying anything they could just be asking questions they could find online but no, they are here holding up actual business...like being sent there from another store to pick up a phone to only wait 30 minutes while people returned items or just killed time inside, I was ready to go but I had to wait for many others to go ahead before I could do my 10 minutes of business thay was set up ahead of time....had issues and didn't finish the transaction but not for lack of trying, as I said the employees were the only redeeming quality of this place...not going here again

Despite their policy, where there only allowed a limited number of people in the store (2 people/groups) at a time, they are great. They offered excellent customer service. I recently set up my phone with Nathan, which was professional and courtious and made the process easy. A few days later, I came back to switch the phone to get the colour I wanted. I spoke with an amazing Rogers representative who was able to switch the phone and make jokes at the same time. Both representatives in the store were great, and I love my new creamy dill (lemon grass) Pixel 7 phone.

So I visit this store at 12.40 PM with my preschooler and I read a notice that store operations would resume at 1 PM. I waited for couple of minutes. Saw 2 store employee came by with food. Being considerate I thought I came into their lunch time before I forgot that this is a service industry and things have to be a bit different. The employees neither greeted nor mentioned a word about when they are going to even serve and locked the door at me and the other customer. Must say, those employees would be the flag bearers of getting Rogers brand down the gutter. Avoid this store as long as you can

Went to this location to switch to rogers and try and get an iPhone 14 pro max.. drive to this location that’s supposed to open at 10am.. 10:29am and no one is there.. went to Bell instead
