I visited on 01/13/2023 afternoon to activate my sim card and a man named SOUL helped me. Perfect customer service, I will come back in the future.

I visited on 09/22 to get a new phone and change my plan and a man named Jameel helped me. Perfect customer service, I was asked about any questions, shown where each charge was and what it was for and told about current deals on phones. I left with a new phone, better plan and felt extremely happy with the help I received.
