Today I shopped at both Cleo locations .The ladies are very helpful at both locations.The spring /summer selection is beautiful and modern..i purchased a jacket..a pr. Of cropped jeans and a denim skirt..Turns out everything I purchased was on sale..The prices are right and the quality is very good..

I came here from whitby and was not disappointed. Chantel and Milica were amazing! They took the time to make me feel comfortable, helped me find the right fits for me, with a smile even though it was almost closing time. This is what I call great customer service. Will definitely be back and will recommend my family and friends to this location because of service I received tonight from these ladies. Thank you

In the store with my wife for nearly 20 minutes before one of the three staff members approached us. The one younger lady was polite and helpful but overall lackluster service. Considering all the clothing retailers that are closing down you would think customer service would be more top of mind.

Went shopping here with my wife this evening. Had decent selection I guess. But the staff were fantastic. The girl that helped us was such a sweetheart and very helpful. Seemed like she was new, but was such a bright and friendly individual we couldn't thank her enough. The shift runner was also very nice. They had some good deals on too, so we were pretty happy with the visit.
