Friendly and helpful staff members who will gladly bring you additional items in different sizes to the change room area.
It was one of my favourite places to shop when I lived in Oshawa.

Terrible customer service, I just went into this store, and there were 3 staff to 1 of me, I asked for help, and 1 of the workers pointed me to a section, but didn't come and help. Way different then last Christmas when the worker actually did her job and helped me. No wonder they are closing all the store.

Just came from store at Harmony Rd and Taunton in Oshawa. Their web site says they updated it 4 weeks ago and that they open at 9 a.m. It's 9:15 and locked. They don't open until 10 a.m. They need to update their website AGAIN but get the right time. I would suggest NOT using the same person who did the previous update.
