I bought a dishwasher from Kerry who did not pressure me to buy the most expensive model. He arranged for delivery, installation of the new appliance and the removal and disposal of the old one. I will never go to a box store again

My wife and I purchased a dishwasher from here. They had a 'deal' but the unit was at the warehouse.Comes in after a week, but wasn't the model promised. My wife's phone number was on file. When she was calling the day before five times throughout the day on the day it was promised, they never answered. After the last time I called from my cell (not on file) and they immediately picked up... what a coincidence. It was in the next day - but ended up being a different model and we had to notice it and mention it. They don't check model #'s at the warehouse and in receiving apparently, it was shady business.But we still got a deal I guess - lower price than what we seen online even though we got suckered into getting an older model that we didn't really want. I just didn't want to wait 2 more weeks to get something from costco...

Prices are amazing but the rest of our experience has been a nightmare. We paid for our fridge and microwave in full on Feb 27th and we are still waiting for one item. We had to go without our fridge for 2 weeks. Communication is awful. They don't return calls. I rather pay more, and feel secure with my purchase and delivery. Brutal service

I had a great experience. Our stove broke and we needed one quickly. I also didn't want a white stove , that was not expensive . We found one and it was very affordable. Delivery was also good. Our fridge just died on us and we will be back there .

Purchasing was fine delivery was to be between 2 and 8pm I was told it would be delivered around 5pm. Delivery was 8:10pm. Delivery guy's had no idea why we would have been told around 5 pm.
