It take days for them to get back to me. They never ever answer there phone when then are open, its really frusterating. There internet service is great but they lack answering there phone at all....

My internet has been out for the pass 6 days, I called them for 3 days and I got no response when I finally got a response I was told that there is no problem on their end and that they will attempt to fix it and they would get back to me... I heard nothing back from them I’ve also called again to try to follow up but still no response. Their customers service is extremely poor. I’ve been out of Wifi for 6 days which is extremely unfair considering the fact I’ve paid for our internet for this month !
