After putting my card in and paying the pump says “one moment please” for about 10 minutes. It then says transaction failed, and sure enough I check my card and I was charged. Usually in this case, there would be the initial failed charge pending followed by a pending refund which would should up on a credit card statement, and only the pending purchase was listed. To this day there is still no pending refund. I walked in and told the cashier this, and he has no clue what he’s talking about when he sees my statement that says “minus” next to the transaction, and he proceeds to tell me that the minus means that they didn’t charge me. It’s been 3 days and the transaction is still on my account, and if it comes off pending and is fully posted, I will be disputing the charge as I didn’t even fill up gas since the transaction was cancelled. Won’t be wasting my time here again, and the cashier/owner should learn what a minus symbol is, before saying some nonsense.

Tried filling up but no gas. Wasted 15 minutes of my time when attendant kept saying there’s gas

Worse customer service. Associates in night are so lazy that they don't want to serve customer. I have filled fuel at pump by paying at pump by credit card. There were no receipt paper in machine so requested him to fill up the same for the next customer, associate dinied to fill up paper in very rude way... Very bed customer service...worse facility ever..

Late at night they drop the price of their gas here usually a couple of times a week.
