“I have been a customer since they opened the doors. They are friendly and will help and assist you in any way they can. I needed some antibiotics and I knew my issue. I filled out the form online, made the appointment and they helped me right away nd gave me the prescription within a few moments. But be aware if they are busy you may have to wait a little bit. Friendly staff and great service.”

“Really pleased with this pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant was friendly and helpful and even checked another pharmacy for me for a specific antibiotic for my toddler. It was on backorder everywhere, so the pharmacist said that they could put the name brand under OHIP for my son, which was much appreciated as it was quite expensive. She also prepared it quite quickly. I will definitely return here. Much better service than Shoppers Drugmart.”
“My last review was made wrong and I was in such a hurry so pharmacist didn’t here from me because I left fast and never grabbed my phone it has always been my responsibility to get my medication on the hours of operation. Parkwood is my number one choice they care about all of their customers in a very professional way. I highly recommend them. They are great.”

“Great customer service changing my review from 4 years ago. I love this drugstore now walking in I have my favourite cashier with the glasses and the ponytail lovely lady always says hello and smiles and then I have my favourite post office lady with the funky light blue glasses who’s always happy and gave me a band-aid on my last visit because I had a blister. ? thank you ? The pharmacy department has come along since my last review as they have new owners who are very accommodating, we thank you for that, including our seniors.”
“I called in to this pharmacy looking for a specific type of medicine for my daughter. Though they didn’t have what I was looking for, the woman I spoke to, Laura, was so incredibly helpful that I had to leave a review for her. Normally I’m lucky if I get two seconds of interaction with a pharmacy over the phone, but Laura didn’t make me feel rushed at all, and spent quite a while talking to me without it feeling like I was taking up too much of her time!
I explained to her that I have trouble medicating my child because she isn't quite at the point where she can swallow pills, but she hates the taste of liquid medicine for kids.
Laura told me that she empathized, because of her child having similar issues, and she referenced a powdered Tylenol for kids that she uses for her son that apparently tastes just like candy, and I was totally unaware that something like that existed!
Now I’m so glad I called in and got to chat with Laura, because this product should make my life a whole lot easier when my kid is sick!
So even though I wasn’t able to get the product I needed from this pharmacy today….entirely because of Laura, I will absolutely be giving this business my patronage where ever I can in the future!
It’s so hard to find good cx service these days, so this pharmacy should hold on tight to this employee, because she absolutely earned them new business today!”

“This pharmacy is by far the best i have worked with. The small family feeling, pharmacists that care. The staff are friendly and they will do anything physically possible to help. The staff have stayed open a little later for me, they deliverfor no extra charge. These wonderful people have been so good at making sure my prescriptions i need to stay healthy- neverrun out. If they need to they will call my doctor or remind me to get refills even before i think about it. The staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond and i am thankful i am part of this pharmacy family.”

I was extremely impressed with timely prescription fillings and knowledge from the pharmacists.
Stephen in particular is really an asset to Lovells Pharmacy.
I thoroughly appreciate how when I used to request particular flavoured Coca Cola products and Chips he would order them in. Stephen is an excellent Retail/Salesperson because he acknowledges what the customer wants and is cheerful.”

I had a pile of stuff for a really bad cold. The lady at the counter who looked like a TV grandma, seemed so concerned. Spoke to me like a grandma (I'm 53) Have to be honest it was calming. Just nice to go somewhere that isn't owned by Galen Weston and getting treated like a human.
