Unable to pay for gas after filling you must pay before. This is extremely poor customer service especially for seniors who don't have cards or don't know how to use pay at pump. Inside staff are not helpful.

Welcome to Canada where you have to spell out the correct phone card your looking for. Extra LOUD and clear or else risk having the gas station attendant print the wrong one off. To make matters even better she then proceeded to blame me, the customer when she simply made a mistake. No refund, scammed $65, I also got called a racist because of her mistake. Absolutely atrocious behaviour.

I have tried to get a car wash 2 times the first time they sold me a wash and didn't tell me it was broken then couldn't refund it the second time it blew so on my car and didn't rinse off broken again

Do NOT go to this Petro Canada. The absolute worst gas station in Canada. You can't buy a car Wash at the pump unlike any other Petro Canada that I've ever been to. Service inside could make you want to just leave

For many months now I've been unable to buy a car wash at any of the pumps at this location. I've been asking about why this is the case since the spring of 2023 and have been continuously told by the store clerks that "the machines are broken". I'm growing very skeptical at this point.

The lady working at neighbours had a batch named ( herby ) was so rude , don’t have manners to talk with the customers. Sense less staff!!!!!! Get some new staff with good behaviours and who will respect to customers . Really bad staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible car wash. Horrible attitude. Car is dirty with mud on and spots. They gave a rewash with water rinse only. Extremely rude staff. The lady Prabhu is super arrogant and tells me to go to another car wash if we have a problem! Absolutely horrible experience!With so many negative reviews I don’t understand why is Petro-Canada management is not doing anything about it.

Worst location. I come here for a car wash because I have a seasons pass and live close by. They wash is always not working and when I try to get my wash day compensated they give you the run around and have bad customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place.
