Sign on door says closed for 30 minutes , after 40 I left . Worker inside would just stare , no explanation given

Unable to pay for gas after filling you must pay before. This is extremely poor customer service especially for seniors who don't have cards or don't know how to use pay at pump. Inside staff are not helpful.

I have tried to get a car wash 2 times the first time they sold me a wash and didn't tell me it was broken then couldn't refund it the second time it blew so on my car and didn't rinse off broken again
