“Can't say enough positive things about this place. Absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable staff who are always open to helping find the best supplies for our pup. The food we buy is only sold at Global so they always make sure there is a bag waiting for us. Thank you all for being so wonderful, Harley really appreciates you!”

“I have been going to this Global for years. The staff there are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is exceptional. They have always been extremely accommodating and helpful, especially during the time I had to have a major surgery. They went out of their way for me.
As for the person who left the one star review, the comment about retiring is called ageism, and reflects more on that individual's character than that of any of the wonderful staff at Global.”

“I wish I knew about this store sooner! I always used to go to pet smart for grooming and just in general for toys as well but this morning I needed a specific item that pet smart didn’t have… so I called pet valu and a gentlemen answered he found the item I was looking for and reassured me it’ll fit my dog. I was super happy and made my way over (5 mins drive).When I get there I’m greeted by the amazing owner and to sum it up he is so nice, so sweet and has amazing customer service!! I’ll never go back to pet smart again. I’ll be back here for sure. He also gave me a bunch of treats for free which he definitely didn’t have to do but was so nice enough to. Will definitely recommend to everyone:)”
