The owner takes their motto of “Do it yourself and save” seriously. She wasn’t equipped to repair my refrigerator fuse, so she called an associate who did the repair, and saved me the price of a new refrigerator. Thanks so much!

It’s bad enough that they never answer their phone, but I dropped off my little green machine OVER a year and a half ago now! Have not gotten it back, everytime I do manage to got in contact with someone there they shrug me off and tell me they can’t get ahold of the company that has the part for my spot cleaner, last time I actually spoke to the lady there she told me they are “working on getting me a new machine due to the wait” that was over 8 months ago and I haven’t heard a word back. Like come on it’s almost been 2 years this is beyond ridiculous, I do not ever expect to actually get my little green machine back, let alone fixed:(
EDITING OVER A YEAR LATER: Lmao this has to be a joke at this point now? It’s been well over 2.5 years now I have not heard from anyone who works here, i have tried called so many times since making my original review and can NEVER get ahold of anybody over the phone, I’ve literally moved now 4 hours out of Oshawa. This company has never taken accountability in fixing my machine or trying to get it back to me, they have never tried to contact me or resolve this issue. And at this point my property has been stolen by them. I am at a loss for what I am suppose to do at this point I would never everrrr recommend this shop to anybody.

The service is slower but they are great for getting obsolete parts for older washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, and vacuum cleaners.
It’s an over crowded store but they know their shop and they can put their their hands on the parts quickly.

I’ve been here for dishwasher, and wash machine parts she knows her stuff always friendly with me, this is an old school shop just like the ones my Mom and Dad would take me to, prices seem on par to me , better than the big box store

This lady, knows her stuff. I spoke with her over the phone and she explained what parts I would need to repair my Whirlpool dryer. She also went out of her way to tell me what I wouldn't need to replace. A great place to get advice , parts and service information.

Needed a rocker/power switch for my Hoover Spotless FH11400. Took old on/off switch to store and Hilda knew exactly the replacement part needed. Saved me ordering from Amazon, eBay plus shipping. Did repair myself after watching YouTube video. Saved money. Now working well. Great!

I came in here to order a part for my fridge. When I walked in I ignored the fact there was no room to move. Stuff everywhere. When the saleslady looked up the part and asked me if this was the part, I said yes and she said it's no longer available. Showed me the part on the screen but failed to show me where it said it wasn't available. I said "that's impossible, I've seen it online at 2 other places". ( I was hoping to get it here cheaper and support a local business.) Needless to say she wasn't very friendly or helpful, told me my fridge was old. I ended up getting it at Paddy's Market. Turns out I can still get all the parts for my fridge. I ordered it and picked it up the very next day. Only giving 1 star because it won't let me put 0.
