This store is CONSTANTLY running out of stuff! Constantly! It is clearly poor management and clearly someone doesn't know how to order.The store manager is very rude and disrespectful to his employees , I have witnessed it several times. ALSO PLEASE BEWARE OF THE BUNKERS IN THE FROZEN SECTION MOST TIMES THEY ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY! SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE WENT AND THE PRODUCT IN THEM HAVE BEEN THAWED AND REFROZEN A huge disappointment.!

Very clean and good selection of produce. Staff have always been helpful. Only one complaint about this location. You take groceries to the car then have to walk all the way back to the store to return. An in-between area for cart return would be great. If you're young it's fine but when older and no handicap spots are available, well it can be tiring. Come winter it will definitely deter me shopping at this location. But apart from that very nice store.

Every picture has good quality food some whole, some processed health plus like Greek Plain yogurt.The same yogurt with vanilla flavor has 10+ grams of sugar.2pks of stevia give Greek yogurt a taste lift.Im eating sandwich(s) that are good for my health thanks to 'Sophia' the cashier.Nadims is good for my senior citizen health,food and service 5stars today 09/03/24 Thanks again

Would give 1 star if I could!
While using the self-checkout, I encountered an issue with my Optimum card on my phone, which prompted a message indicating I should seek assistance from an attendant. A cashier working at the self-checkout approached me and indicated that it was a problem solely between myself and my card and refused to assist me.
I attempted to clarify the confusion, explaining that my card had functioned without issue at Shoppers Drug Mart just days prior. Unfortunately, the cashier responded that he did not have time to address the matter and instructed me to cash out my items and contact Optimum the following day to have the points added to my account. The cashier suggested I return the items until I resolved the issue with my card, which left me perplexed as to how I would return an opened can of soup or a partially consumed container of whipped cream. I requested to speak with the manager on duty. When the manager arrived, the self-checkout cashier inaccurately recounted the events. I asked the manager to come to my self-checkout station so I could explain the situation directly. The manager asked me several questions regarding the issue and suggested one more troubleshooting step. Fortunately, this resolved the issue, and my card began functioning correctly, allowing me to receive the points for my purchases. What was particularly upsetting about this experience was the attitude displayed by the self-checkout cashier, who insisted that the issue was entirely my fault. Given that I frequently shop at this location, which is just five minutes from my home, I was disappointed by the cashier's lack of initiative to understand or assist with the problem. My card has worked flawlessly at other retailers that also take PC Optimum. When I requested the name of the cashier, he refused to provide it, stating that “people like you don’t need to have my name.” The supervisor, however, shared the name Akeel with me. I believe it is unacceptable for a cashier to address customers in such a disrespectful manner, especially when I approached the situation with respect. After my card issue was resolved and I was able to complete my purchase, the same cashier inquired whether the problem was fixed. I acknowledged that it was, while also expressing my hope that he could improve his customer service. His response was disheartening, as he told me not to bother returning to the store.
The manager Manjit called me to talk about the issue but didn’t listen and would rather over talk me saying it will be addressed but how will it be addressed if you don’t let me talk?!

Mouldy vegetables left on display. Staff opening putting poor quality produce on top instead of into reduced bags. Filthy no frills, poorly run, with incredibly rude staff when asked about possibly having green onions that aren't slimy and brown.
