Speaking for my wife and myself, we have used MTBS countless times in the past for both small and major projects. We live in a cookie-cutter home which over the years has revealed its share of defects. Multi-Trade has without fail problem-solved every one of these issues to bring us up to present-day building codes and give us a living space we thoroughly enjoy. From the initial consultation through the work process to completion, MTBS has been there to guide us with their knowledge and experience, and work well within our day-to-day schedules. They have been thoroughly mindful of making our kitchen space as functional as possible during the different stages of our present ongoing renovation. We have known the members of MTBS for almost 15 years; they have not only respected us as clients but continue to treat us like family. We couldn't ask for a better team!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jackie & Paul from Multi-Trade for many years now taking photos of their completed projects for their clients. Not only do I get to see the quality of their work over and over, but I also get to hear how thrilled people have been to work with them. Consistently I hear how wonderful they were to work with, how well they communicated and listened and how clean their crews were! I have been shooting real estate and interior design for more than 20 years so I’ve seen a lot of home renovation projects so I can confidently say Multi-Trades work is top shelf! I’ve also personally used them several times for electrical work in my own home and was exceptionally pleased with everything.

I have used Multi-Trade for several home projects, the latest being a kitchen renovation. The house is about 75 yrs old so several challenges were experienced along the way. Multi-Trade handled everything competently and professionally. Once the project started, they were on site as expected and let me know if there were any delays and the reasons why. Anything that was extra to the contract was explained, documented and signed off via change order. Highly recommended.

We have had Multi-Trade Building Services do many renovations for us over the years. They always listen carefully, offer helpful suggestions and perform high quality work within the timeline we agreed upon. They leave our home spotless as well. Several times Jackie and Paul have gone above and beyond expectations for us, routinely putting our needs ahead of their own. There is no one else we would trust to work on our home.

Multi-Trade did an amazing job with our entire renovation from painting to changing light and replaced the back splash in the kitchen. They were a tremendous help along the entire path. I would highly recommend them.

We've had Mult-Trade Building Services do a complete bathroom renovation. We were so pleased with the work that we chose them to do a complete kitchen renovation as well. Additionally, we had them do other smaller jobs such as retrofitting all of our electrical sockets throughout the house, and various plumbing jobs.
We've always been very satisfied with their work.

Jackie, Paul and Multi-Trade Building Services are fantastic! It was difficult for years to find a reliable renovation company, and we stumbled on a post recommending them on Facebook. Both Jackie and Paul came to the house, looked at our project (refacing the kitchen), took measurements and had a very reasonable quote to us in a few days. The work was top notch. Since then, they've helped out with plumbing issues, replacing 2 vanities and 2 toilets, and we can't wait to get them in to help us with more renovations down the road. Highly recommend!

Jackie and Paul first helped renovate our laundry room. We were so impressed with their services that we brought them back to renovate our master bathroom and our daughter’s ensuite.
Multi Trade are the gold standard in customer service and communicate in an industry that is often lacking in both.
Our projects were all well communicated regarding budgets, timelines and expectations.
We are extremely happy with the quality of their work and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Breakdown in communication from initial job requirement to completion of the job, and extended timeline were disappointing/frustrating. Despite repeated communication of concerns to timeline and overall expectations they did not seem to be heard. Yes the job was completed eventually to the initially discussed requirements, timeline was double what other contractors said it would take.

I had Multi-Trade do a bathroom renovation for me earlier this year. Everything went well even though we hit a few speed bumps. Finding things behind walls and floors that needed some fixing. All was done and completed. I love the paint colour that was recommended and then had a custom cabinet and counter top made and I absolutely love it. The flooring also went well with what was chosen and the install was perfect. The first reason I wanted my bathroom renovation done was to get rid of the tub and have a walk-in shower. I have tried to get used to it as it is such a big change to my master bathroom. I have many people come in and check it out and the first thing they say is why did they do that, and all I can do is shrug my shoulders. To me the tile work on the walls in the walk in shower were not done professionally as the person that is the expert was not available to do this job. There are little slivers of tile at the end of some of the rows and it just doesn't look right. I have also recently found a very small hairline crack in one of the tiles. If I was to do this from the start and know what I know now, I would be asking more questions and not just assuming. I have learned a lot as this was my first major renovation.

MTBS has done several projects for me. From my laundry room reno, to kitchen and most recently a bathroom do over! I am very happy with the final results and also their professionalism. They are there every step of the way, from doing the work to helping me pick out the finer details such as hardware to even paint colour suggestions. Their staff always leave the site tidy and neat, and even let my dog out when I wasn’t around. I also have hired MTBS for smaller jobs such as changing a lock, replacing an outdoor faucet and now my garage door opener. I trust them and so glad that they are such super helpful people. Multi Trade did a complete basement renovation for us and turned it into a beautiful 2 bedroom in-law apartment. The project went smoothly right from my first phone call and ran effortlessly until the project was complete. Each of their crew members are highly skilled and so professional. They were always available for any questions I had and kept us completely informed throughout the project. They were so helpful and professional. There is no question in my mind that we made the right decision when hiring Multi Trade. Multi trade turned our bathroom into a spa!!! They did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. The team were awesome. They showed each day when they said they would and they always cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. Paul and Jackie were in touch with us every step of the way and if I ever had any questions they were always good to get back to us right away. They are an amazing group of people

After an ongoing plumbing, bath drain and toilet issue I called in Multi Trade. I was so impressed at the speed and ease of their work, which to me seemed like a huge job, but to them it was an easy fix. I was shocked at how fast they completed the job, and talked me through exactly what was happening every step of the way. The job site was left immaculate you would never know they had been there!
