My favorite thrift store in Oshawa. Sure we have value village and talize, but mission thrift is just my go to (also the closest to me). I'm so glad they extended their hours. I love the color coded knick knacks. I loved discovering all the little pocket areas for books, CDs, vinyls, crafts, bedding. They change up the placement of certain racks and items occasionally, but they're still easy to find. They have good deals daily and the staff are so kind. It really feels like a community shopping there.

They pressure you into buying the customer loyalty card, but when you actually try to register the card and create an account the system doesn’t work.

We both couple offen visited this Store since 2017 and we r very happy to find some stuffs as good as you can't find in other Store. So we both r very thankful to all Management. And all employees. Thanks

My favourite thrift store in Oshawa and Durham Region. Great selection across a number of varieties. I particularly like their books and DVDs. And proceeds go to a good cause.

It’s an excellent place to buy second hand things and the mission is wonderful because we help organizations in need and Christian charities. It’s a non profit place, so all the money goes to people in need. ?????

This is the best thrift store ! I find everyone that works there very friendly and helpful. Also it is kept very organized and all is clean . Prices are extremly good too . ! ! !
I have been shopping there for close to 20 years . They were first located across the street in the small plaza where Tlm Hortons is.
I have retired and moved to New Brunswick now but every year when I come to Ontario , i always make sure I stop and always come out with something great . And all for such a wonderful cause . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK .

Great variety. Awesome prices. Super friendly and helpful staff. It is a little smaller than other thrift shops, but they are constantly upgrading. My go to for sure when thrifting.

If you are looking for a great thrift experience this is the place !!There are 50 across Canada. The store was very well organized, clean The service was helpful and friendly( You can even get a rewards card. It is 5 points for every dollar spent and you redeem the pts for extra savings.)My friend, who loves dishes, picked up some lovely Italian bowls for a few dollars. Clothing is very reasonably priced and I got brand new STORMTECH pants for my husband for $6.25. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. Who knows what treasures you may discover at the Mission Thrift Store.
