Terrible customer service . Have not been spoken to so rudely ever at a store . Wish we had never purchased our rings there . I was only inquiring about cleaning our rings. The woman was so ignorant and rude to me .. I felt like I was being scolded like a child . Please buyer beware

After a bit of a hiccup with a click and collect order, I contacted the store and requested the store manager. Natasha (manager) was so empathetic, kind and completely made up for any negative experience I had experienced the day prior. I would highly recommend this location and shopping at Michael Hill. ◡̈

I visited Michael Hill Jewelry -Oshawa location - today, on January 8th, 2024 at about 2:20pm. Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately:) The store associate was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, and courteous!Thank you very much VITO, for your help and assistance, with my purchase today!I will NEVER shop at Swarovski - due to POOR, SNOBBY customer service!

I was at michael hill Oshawa Centre two weeks ago. I was lucky enough to purchase a ring and just wanted to give a shout out to Natasha and Vito for their customer service. From start to finish they were both very helpful, took their time in helping me with my purchase, special thanks to Vito for completing my purchase properly at the end when I went to pick up my ring. Both Natasha and Vito are very knowledgeable, had answers to all my questions, and guided me to by the perfect ring. Thank you for both for providing my family and I great customer service. Two lovely people, and great customer service by both Natasha and Vito.

Amazing customer service!! We ordered a pair of earrings for a Christmas gift and realized when we received it the item was incorrect. Earrings are final sale and we were unable to return them, but the manager ordered us the correct earrings and discounted the amount we already paid for the incorrect earrings off the new purchase. Will definitely be shopping at Michael Hill Oshawa again!

Nothing good to say about thos place... I bought a $2300 watch. It was not sized well when I bought it and that's on me I guess. But when I took it in to have a link removed they swore it can't be done in store. After me putting my foot down because all that was required was a small screw driver they did in fact do it in store. The he took the watch into the back to "clean it" 3 days later my pin falls out... I take it back and express my disappointment in the craftsmanship at that price quality issues shouldn't be a concern. They swear up and down it will hands down be back in time before Friday as I have an event I want to wear it too. I get a call at 8:30 at night Thursday telling me it won't be ready... I'll never deal with this location and if possible Michael Hill. So disappointing ? after sharing my concerns I find this is known knowledge of this location ?
Edit they decide to give me a brand new watch of the same one. I had to escalate it to the manager but she handled it well.
