Great customer service. Tune-up was done, on time , as per appointment. Was very easy to book appointment online. Free diagnostics , with photos to show what else was needed with pricing.

Went in with some issues of noise coming from tires when turning… the guys had a look, knew exactly what it was and had it fixed really quick. Very good service, everybody was very professional and polite.
Prices are very resonable.

I can certainly recommend Meineke and specifically the service manager Brenden Nevills. My mother was driving her car when it suddenly stopped working right in the middle of a road. She didn't know what to do, but she saw Meineke Car Care Center not far away and figured that was her best bet. Brenden didn't hesitate to help my mom get her car out of the roadway and into his shop. He promptly diagnosed the issue being a dead battery, caused by a failed alternator. He informed my mom that a new battery can be installed today and would allow her to get home, but a new alternator is the permanent solution. She opted for the new alternator, and with no way home(my mom doesn't use cell phones much), they kindly called her a Taxi to get her home. Within 24 hours of her car breaking down, they had ordered the new battery, alternator, new belt, and got it all installed.
My family is extremely grateful that you guys were able to help her so fast in a time of need, and turned a potentially massive problem in her life into a simple fix. Thank you again, we will be recommending you!

What an awesome experience. I was making a long drive and realized last minute (my wife will say I put it off to the last minute but it’s a gray area) I needed an alignment on my jeep. I called a lot of places. The ones that could do it were busy or really expensive. I called Meineke and the gentleman I spoke with fit me into their schedule the next day. Showed up and they were ready for me, took it in right away work done in under an hour at a reasonable price. Professional, efficient and super friendly. 10/10 recommend.
