These guys have the worst cashiers in the world. They are extremely rude and cocky. They act as if they are forced to be there and do their job. They won't even help you put your items in a bag. They won't wrap the breakable items with any paper wrapping unless you explicitly ask them to. And upon giving them business by shopping there they tell us that we cannot take the trolley outside and indirectly force us to buy a bag. None of these things happens in both the Whitby homesense. The two Whitby homesense have the most helpful cashiers. They help you pack your stuff in a bag, they pack breakable items by themselves, extremely polite and no one there has ever stopped you from taking the trolley outside to unload your purchases into your car. People just want to get paid these days without actually doing any job. Never gonna shop here ever. Will just go to the Whitby locations. They even have way better collections there rather than this place.

I love this store for products and shopping, but some of the associates will make passive aggressive comments if you return items from another store. The return policy literally says any store across Canada lol. They will still return it but they feel the need to make you feel bad about it first.

Amazing collection in homesense. You will find new things every time you shop. Make sure to buy the item, if you like. Chances are that you might not find it again in your next visit. You always have the option to return in case you change your mind. Beautiful stuff all.over.

It's Marshall's...not Bloomingdale's or Macy's!! A reasonable price point... I think. I was able to get a good blanket there for my dog, unlike other similarly priced establishments. He loves blankets!
