Preferred Lowe’s. This Rona is new and was previously a Lowe’s in this location. We went expecting Lowe’s. Saw Rona and thought we’d check it out. Ugh. Expensive, employees are busy socializing and we were directed to shop online when we couldn’t find a particular style of towel rack. Happy to shop online but now I can’t think of a reason to shop here. Waste of my time.

Why bother taking over a Lowe’s?? You couldn’t handle retail already. Please stop. Horrible store. Staff just looks at you and ignores you. If you ask for anything they tell you to just shop online.

Was there today in the door locks/nuts & bolts dept. I didn’t get the man’s name but he was so helpful solving an issue with our Weiser lock issue. He went out of his way to really help us and made us come up with a solution. Should have got your name, but thank you for the help ???

We bought a paint in this store yesterday Sep 20,2023 and brought the sample to match. We came back today Sep 21, 2023 to return the paint because they made an error on the color, did not match on our deck...We went to the Customer Service to return, they told us we cannot return because is a customized paint...The Manager in the Paint depth is not helpful as well he even argue with us...The employee Candice help us and confirmed that the paint we bought yesterday has dif code from the sample we brought and the color does not match.I Thank you the employee "Candice"But disappointed with how the manager in painting Department handle the situation. We shop here since 2018 but now we will never come back to this store very disappointed and if you have this kind of manager you will loose alot of costumers for sure !!!

Was in Lowes this morning looking for drawer boxes. Approached an older gentleman, explained what I was after and without any thought said hmm don't think we sell them and continued talking to the other clerk leaning on the counter. What happened to customer service.

An order for kitchen cabinets on May 18, 2023 was to be delivered June 12th. Cabinets arrived with one lazy susan base cabinet badly damaged. A replacement was promised within two weeks. This is now August 2nd and, with numerous "promises", it has still not arrived. Not a happy ex-customer.

Employees were rare. But when one showed up. They showed interest to help. We were only looking. Lindsay does not supply alot of what we were looking for. Bathroom counters. Need to go to city for better options.

Fabulous customer service in the gardening department. Valentina, sales associate was so pleasant and helped me choose some rose food. Also the cashier was very helpful with her information and called for a carry out to help me with some mulch. And the young man who loaded up my car couldn't have been any nicer. Just a great experience.

I ordered 26 deck boards fir delivery and 6 showed up totally unusable due to huge cracks, splits and warps. I called customer service and got nowhere. They are 12' and I can't take them in myself. They have not responded to my request to have them picked up and credited. Their lumber supplier is garbage. Go to Home Hardware or Home Depot.

If you don’t want to see a collection of birds that have died trapped in nets, don’t go to Lowe’s garden centre at Laval. There are dead birds laying in a net along the roof of the outdoor garden centre. A lady told us a “hawk” came into the centre which killed the birds, but respectfully, these birds were in one piece, no blood, or any signs of attack. It’s clear these birds are getting stuck, and management is doing nothing to solve the issue, or at least clean up the dead bodies so customers don’t have to see such a disturbing view. There was a group of about six all together, with more spread out. Very unfortunate.

Jean-Paul deserves an award or badge for excellent customer service. He not only dropped what we was doing to assist us, but did so with a smile. He was friendly, efficient and helped us find what we were looking for. He also made sure we were happy before returning to his tasks. Great job young man!The store itself seems to have narrower aisles than others, which makes navigating with a large trolley cumbersome, but they did have what we wanted. Item prices were not accurate. There is ample parking space. As mentioned, the customer service we experienced here was great.
