This location is not appropriate for a post office outlet. Nobody should be forced to pay for downtown parking in order to pick up registered mail! Looks like new ownership?March 2024

I loved this place for a long time until recently. I go downtown every 8 wks and I stop after my appt specifically to get gravol but past 3x they tried to over charge n when I called to ask the $ was so high they said it was a scanning issue the next time they didn't have any and today again told me the price basically doubled so I said something n to which I got we don't set the price....well first it was a scan issue but now it's doubled n nobody even bothered to look into it, instead they stared at me! If they can't even try n help or look into it to explain then into and to anyone who asks for a pharmacy recommendation I will definitely say anywhere but there! Thx for treating ppl so ignorant ly! Have a nice day!

Thank you so much to Willa ( Pharmacist) who administered our COVID vaccines. She was so kind and explained everything. Made the process so smooth. Staff was friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walked in with a friendly “hello” from the young man at the counter. It was a great experience!

I’ve been dealing with the Lovell Drugs located at 11 Gibb St in Oshawa for over 10 yrs and have been treated so well. Wish I had better things to say about this place.I had used their post office a few times, but frankly have never returned as the lady behind the desk was anything but helpful, and was frankly quite insulting when I asked for her help.Fast forward to a few days ago, when I tried to book my second dose Covid-19 vaccine through this location. I had booked in the morning, and received an appointment the following day. I even called to confirm that I was able to get my second dose through them, and the gentleman who was working told me yes. Later that afternoon, the same man called me back and said I was not eligible, despite me being deemed so by public health. They then cancelled my appointment, and the pharmacist would not listen to me, or even consider keeping the appointment. To put things in perspective, I called the public health booking line, and was given an appointment that evening.In short, I am less than pleased with this location, and hope to never step foot in the store again, as it has continuously let me down, and from some of the reviews ive seen, many others are in the same boat as me.
