There are far better food liquidation stores around the area. The prices are ridiculous. I know inflation is an issue, and everything is expensive now, but $12.49 for a package of instant noodles that are $6 elsewhere.I could see themselves positioning their market towards a convenience plus type store, but if they are buying closeout, liquidated goods and pricing higher than local grocers, I really do not understand how they survive.

Lots of good food found me some Captain Cunuk idk how it's spelled but I mixed it with Reces Puffs and it was like berry and chocolate peanut flavor eat em up eat em up yeeeeee very good. Would buy here like again lots of times. It's so cute. They had drawings from kids who learned about being a grocery person which I thought was very Human and empathetic. I was happy in that place. ??

Food 4 less was better, new management and way more expired food on the shelves. Bought a steak it was already spoiled. No longer my goto store for groceries.

Not to much deals more like a convince store. As well food had mold on it straight at the entrance, not a peeling.

We are regulars here. We do save a lot of money coming here and there are some items we buy here exclusively. This is your typical store that sells 2nds. There are lots of deals to be had, especially when they carry 2nds on items we know. The rest of the groceries there are regular price. I don't know that I would go there just to buy spaghetti sauce at MSRP but I don't have a problem with picking up a can while I'm there if it'll save me a trip. Sometimes the meat can be a pretty good deal when it goes on sale. So, the motto here seems to be, "best before doesn't mean rotten after." You can find all sorts of goodies that were frozen before the expiry but are still perfectly good. Other items might be a little past their expiry but it really doesn't matter. For example, for a while, they had stovetop stuffing for 4 boxes for $1.00. They were a little past expiry but there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Sometimes, it can be a bit of an adventure when they bring in drinks or candies you don't normally see here. I really like trying new things... sometimes it's great and other times... not so much... lol. I will often buy sub buns and tortilla shells here. They are always fresh and you can get the extra big tortillas here. You never know what kind of deal you find, to be honest. From boxes of Frosted Flakes for 1.99 to BBQ sauce 2 for a dollar, there's always a smokin' good deal here. I find the cold cuts are generally a better price than anywhere else in town. They also carry a lot great selection of frozen veg and other products. Their prices on theses products are consistently 'good'. Being a middle aged man of the Canadian persuasion, I dig my pork products. From time to time I'll squeal in glee that they have cheap meat sticks, or cold cut ends at a deep discount. I'll often get a pack or two and one of the funky drinks they're carrying that week. They rarely make it home, much to the horror of my wife. By the time we get home, the car will smell of salami and disgust. It's so good. I definitely recommend Food 4 Less for anyone on a food budget. Without a doubt, they have taken the edge off the expense of our grocery bill. Sometimes, when we have one of those weeks where with have 20 bucks to our name to last us to the end of the week, we'll come here to pick up some odds and sods to make ends meet. I should also put in a good word about the SUPER friendly cashiers. They are good people and I really like them. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because of the pricing on the regular stock. I could buy so much more there if they could compete a little more on price. To be fair, it's a little store, so I don't know if they can compete... it's just that 8 bucks for a 12 pack of pop is kinda steep. However... If you've never been, you really should check this place out... save some meat sticks for me.
