I had an extremely disappointing experience at your store, particularly with the lady working on the cashier on November 17th at 5:45 PM. I purchased vodka, but due to an urgent situation, I didn't take the receipt with me. My wife, who was waiting in the car, informed me that the item wasn’t what she wanted, so we returned to the store just a minute later to exchange it.
When we approached the cashier to request an exchange, she demanded the receipt, which I didn’t have. Although the receipts were visible on the counter, she claimed they had already been recycled. While I understand that store policies are in place, I feel that the situation could have been handled with more flexibility. Instead, she refused to check previous transactions or make any accommodation, acting in a rude and dismissive manner.
I understand store policies, but there should be room for customer service, especially when the transaction is recent, and we were clearly not trying to take advantage. Her attitude seemed intentionally unhelpful, especially considering we were simply asking for a minor exchange, with only a slight price difference.
To the store owner, I’ve been a regular customer and will no longer shop at your store. I’m also advising my friends and network to avoid your business. While this may not seem like a significant loss to you, I will be sharing this experience on social media. Customer service is key to any successful business, and the way customers are treated makes all the difference.

First time visiting this store and I drove a little longer because they had Whitney's Pink Vodka in stock. Thank you. Staff were great , helpful and friendly. Thanks. Loads of parking here.

Had pretty good selection and friendly staff. I only wish they had bags, as I hadn't gotten quite enough to put in a box, but had too much to carry. I wound up just putting them in a hole in my coat so it worked out ok.
