Staff did a great job of helping me despite my own confusion with the options for plans. Staff broke it down for comparison and explained everything so I could understand how it would work and I could change my plan if need be ! Thank you so much for having patience with me :)

DO NOT GET KOODO. the service map is a lie. I only have 1 bar of data and i’m sitting outside, the map is shows i should have high speed connection. this is very disappointing i can’t load anything. :(

When in this morning because my phone broke. Had Jadan help me. He was super helpful, he took the time to get me set up with a new plan and the best deals possible. All while transferring my info from my old phone to the new one 100gb of data with less then 10% battery life. Thanks to him all my pictures were saved and are now safe. He deserves a raise.

So very rude. Refused to help me. Not worth one star. Talk about lack of evolution. Was there training at all? Nasty for no reason. Lazy, just wanted to pass the buck and not do his job. Maybe he doesn’t know how, I’m sure. WOW
