Best customer service I’ve received- didn’t catch the staff’s name but she was warm and chatty without being overbearing. Made me feel super comfortable perusing and asking questions :) I’m apprehensive of their leggings as I find they can get stretched out/saggy but their scarves, mitts, hats and blankets are super soft and warm, no issues with them. Prices do seem to fluctuate but they’re just using demand to their advantage- if you don’t want to pay it then come back a different day and test your luck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The absolute WORST customer service. In particular the two staff I remember, Michelline and Mira, we're both incredibly unfriendly and could not have acted more like they didn't want to be there. I avoid the store when I see they're working.

I love cozy products and I always buy pants from there. Everytime I go to cozy I have always had a pleasent experience. They smile, they listen. But unfortunately this time it was different.I had a terrible customer service experience at Just Cozy Oshawa Centre on 6th Dec 2022, Tuesday at around 2:19 PM .The sales person had a very bad attitude and was being rude with me. I came in for an exchange and she had a straight face the moment I entered the store. She didn’t even have the patience to listen to what size I need. I was struggling to talk back because I was so sad and disappointed. I dont want any other customer be treated this way.
