I wish I read the reviews before purchasing my daughter's grad dress here as many of the experiences are very similar to ours unfortunately. The dress arrived late first of all, which we were told 2 weeks max and they were unapologetic about this. The dress was then taken to a professional seamstress for alterations and was determined that the zipper was not even sewn in properly and the material was not even cut properly to begin with, making it not sit proper at the back at all. HUGE made in China label on the dress, think twice before buying a dress here for $300 to have to pay to have it re-made. This is what I would have expected if I purchased off of Shein. When I called the store, the owners response was he can order me a new dress with 2-2.5 weeks delivery time to drive another hour back and forth to pick it up. That is not helpful when it will arrive after her event. He refused to even offer a discount. Do not shop here, go elsewhere and to a store that will stand behind their product and values customer service!

Amazing experience today looking for Mother of the Groom dress. Owner was extremely courteous and helpful in chosing my dress. Wanted something not old looking and not too young looking. Something here for every style so check it out. Wedding/grad/prom casual or cruise wear.

After trying other shops in the mall and elsewhere, purchased my daughter's prom dress here. Great selection and prices. The sales attendant was helpful, courteous and personable. Would absolutely recommend.

My experience was amazing! I went last minute prom dress shopping with family and ended up getting a dress that I truly love. Customer service was amazing and the ladies that helped us were very friendly. Will be back again:)

Very positive experience. Fatima was so very helpful and friendly. We went to another store in the mall and did not find the same service, therefor looked elsewhere and are we ever glad we did! She even helped my daughter pick a colour better suited to her! Highly recommend going ... I got an outfit for grad there too!

Worst customer service. We didn't discuss anything about pricing however the lady kept saying the tops selected are too expensive and kept cajoling me to buy tops that were inexpensive to quote her word " these are cheap ones you can buy these". I was upset and chose to leave the store and decided to never step in the store. Customers should be the decision maker to decide on price and quality as to what they prefer not the sales representative.

Worst customer service, the employee was rude from the moment I walked in with my 14 yr old daughter. When we picked the first dress to try on she told us "No it's to expensive" even though we had no conversation about my budget. She started making comment about " you people" and threatened to call security on us after charging us $416 for a dress that was $300 stating that the price on the dress was wrong. She told security that she felt intimidated by us and was afraid that we were going to kill her when she goes to her car. If that was the case would you not just correct your mistake? While security was in the store she keep looking at my sister and telling security that my sister wants to kill her. This was suppose to be an positive experience for child's grad and thanks to Julie's employee this is the kind of memories she is left with. If I could give 0 stars I would, but in order to let the public know to avoid this store and expose a racist I had to give a star.

Hard to get the dress size you want but all dresses are different and it is rare to get the same dress as someone else. The employees are extremely nice and very helpful!
