I will give you another chance based on your positive reviews but my order was messed up and had to be redone. The person who originally greeted me in the pharmacy on two occasions was curt, inattentive and is not pleasant to deal with.

The customer service here is atrocious. The woman behind the counter was so short with me. She would rather gossip with her co workers than to provide good service.

Going to say that buying cold meds here the other day, made me feel young in the good way.
I had a pile of stuff for a really bad cold. The lady at the counter who looked like a TV grandma, seemed so concerned. Spoke to me like a grandma (I'm 53) Have to be honest it was calming. Just nice to go somewhere that isn't owned by Galen Weston and getting treated like a human.

I wanted to thank you for not raising your prices the way that shoppers drug mart has. I can’t even afford gravel from them they have raised the price what was 9.99 is now almost 18 dollars. So thank you all my business will go to eastvew pharmacy

Have used this pharmacy for 20+ years and never thought much about their service as it was what I expected - great! Then during the pandemic they stepped it up a notch. Great service, friendly, easy to talk to everything you'd want from a pharmacy when you REALLY need them. I just didn't appreciate how good they were. I highly recommend them.Mike

my Dad has used this pharmacy for years so when i moved up here i was quick to go to this pharmacy and they are the only one in Durham region that would help me with my rare mediation but above then that the staff is very helpful, kind and very friendly.

I switched local pharmacies which I was at one right around the corner on Wilson Rd. Pharmasave. When I began it was Shoprite I was starting to attend before the recent merge of Shoprite and Eastview. I am new to Eastview Staff however the owner and some of the pharmacy team joined in the merge. The staff that I had been use to fondly see on a consistent basis is unlike your typical box drugstore. The staff is always so kind, caring, concerned and proficient. I trust my pharmacy team over my physician. If you want a 5 ⭐️Pharmacy that treats you the very best, truly cares and their proficiency is unbeatable then you are at the right pharmacy. Finally a healthcare professional team I depend on !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️BRAVO

Unlike the larger drug stores, with Eastview Pharmacy you have a personal connection. They know you and your needs. The staff at Eastview Pharmacy are great and willing to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. They are the best!!

During a very recent health crisis while in the midst of the pandemic, everyone here went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of. From calling the Urgent Care Clinic and family doctor, to ensuring prescriptions were filled ASAP.We use Eastview Pharmacy because they are local to us and thier personal care for the "patient" before them matters. Nothing like the help you get at the "box store" pharmacies.I'd give Eastview, and all its staff 10 stars if I could. Thank you again for your care and compassion.
